| The 21 st century is an era of great healthy.Food nutrition development is having a major and profound impact on the country’s agricultural supply-side structural reform and the transformation and upgrading of modern agriculture.Meanwhile,it is playing an increasingly important role in improving the dietary nutrition level of urban and rural residents and promoting the formation of a healthy lifestyle.In recent years,the nutrition and health status of Chinese residents has continued to improve significantly,but there are still many challenges,such as the high incidence of nutrition-related chronic diseases.Therefore,it is imperative to popularize food nutrition education.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on the dietary status and nutritional education demands of 1,500 residents from 30 provinces in China.The multi-factor Logistic regression model was used to analyze the characteristics and main influencing factors of residents’ demands for food and nutrition education.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The residents’ overall attitude to acquire food nutrition knowledge is positive,but the dietary behavior is not good enough.The dietary behavior of 66.5% residents is only at the passing level,and there are bad eating habits,which need to be guided by food nutrition education.But the positive attitude to acquire knowledge is good for promoting food nutrition education.(2)There are differences in dietary behaviors among different populations.Residents in eastern coastal areas,older,married,engaged in domestic service,per capita monthly income level and normal BMI have better dietary behaviors than other residents.(3)91% of the residents are willing to accept food nutrition education,but the acceptance degree of different residents is different.The gender,age,education level,per capita monthly income and dietary behavior of residents have significant influence on whether residents are willing to accept food and nutrition education.Among them,women are more willing to accept food nutrition education than men,and "post-80s" and "post-90s" are more willing to accept food nutrition education than residents of other age groups.The higher the educational level of residents,the more willing they are to accept food nutrition education.The higher the family income level,the stronger the desire to accept food nutrition education.The worse the dietary behavior,the stronger the desire to receive food nutrition education.(4)Among the residents who are willing to participate in food and nutrition education,64.9% are willing to pay a certain amount of money,but most(84.8%)of the residents can not invest a high amount of money,only1%-5% of the monthly balance.Generally speaking,residents’ payment intensity for food nutrition education is low.Based on the above research conclusions,this study puts forward the ideas and key points for the construction of food nutrition education system oriented by residents’ needs.namely:on the premise of accurately grasping the diverse needs of residents,focusing on accelerating the training of professional educational talents,on the basis of vigorously researching and developing high-quality educational content,and on the guarantee of actively expanding accurate and efficient communication channels.We will pay close attention to the training of key groups,strengthen the construction of talent teams and content systems,and constantly optimize communication channels.At the same time,the following few simple policy recommendations are proposed.First,further formulate laws and regulations related to nutrition;Secondly,improve the nutrition related discipline system;Finally,build a multi-level nutrition education platform.To provide system,personnel and service guarantee for food and nutrition education,promote the development of food and nutrition education in China,and comprehensively improve the national health literacy level. |
