| Changes in the content of uric acid(UA)in body fluids can indirectly reflect the body’s metabolism,immunity and other functional conditions.Under normal circumstances,its excretion and absorption are in a balanced state.Breaking this state will cause hyperuricemia,Diseases such as gout and even kidney attenuation.At present,medical resources are tight and blood uric acid fluctuates greatly.Repeated monitoring is needed to diagnose the disease.These reasons require more reliable,fast and flexible detection methods.POCT(Point-of-care Testing)is a new detection method that can realize on-site detection without complicated processing and operation and can quickly obtain the detection results.Users can perform detection anytime and anywhere,and make timely decisions based on the results.Self-adjustment,disease prevention and diagnosis.The new uric acid POCT analysis platform developed in this paper is designed with sensors and detection circuits.In terms of detection circuits,NFC(Near Field Communication)is used as a means of data transmission and energy harvesting to build a system,which realizes a wireless and passive working mode.The radio frequency field provided by the smart phone can be used to obtain energy to provide working voltage for each low-power integrated circuit.When the system is detected,the microcontroller controls the DAC to apply the set voltage to the front-end sensor through the analog circuit,and at the same time,the ADC collects the reaction current signal to complete the excitation The application and the acquisition of experimental data,and finally send the data to the mobile phone through NFC and display it on the APP,the total power consumption is 9.625 m W in the working mode.And its performance is verified by simulation and measurement with special instruments,which proves the feasibility of the platform for electrochemical detection.In terms of sensors,two sensors,enzyme-free carbon fiber cloth electrode and uricase screen-printed electrode,were designed and manufactured to be used in different environments to quantitatively analyze UA,and various electrochemical methods were used to verify their catalytic oxidation ability and UA.Electrochemical behavior.In particular,the uricase screen-printed electrode can be built into a more flexible and portable detection system with the POCT detection circuit.The maximum relative error between the quantitative analysis result of UA and the special instrument is 6.2%.Finally,the actual sample serum was measured using the analysis platform,and the recovery rate of standard addition was106.8%~110.1%.Sensors,detection circuits and smart phones constitute a complete uric acid POCT analysis platform.The platform provides a new battery-free,no physical connection and flexible solution for the instant detection of uric acid,which can be attached to mobile phone accessories.Perform quick analysis of uric acid self-test on various occasions.. |
