Clinical Observation Of Closed Heat And Wet Application In Treatment Of Lichen Simplex Chronicus

Objective:Through the clinical observation of closed heat and wet compress therapy in the treatment of localized chronic simple moss(blood deficiency wind dryness type),the safety and effectiveness were evaluated objectively.It provides the basis for the clinical application of closed heat and wet compress therapy in the treatment of localized chronic simple moss(blood deficiency wind dryness type)in clinic.Methods: This study included 64 patients with limited chronic lichen simple(blood deficiency and wind dryness),randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group,treatment group:closed hot and wet application therapy external application of skin lesions,2 times a day;Huanglian Ointment for external use twice a day;Chinese medicine one dose per day,divided into morning and dinner after taking 150 ml each time;control group: Chinese medicine one dose per day,divided into morning and dinner after taking 150 ml each time;Huanglian Ointment for external use twice a day.The symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed before,1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks,and the objective symptoms and subjective symptoms were scored.By comparing the scores of the two groups,the effectiveness and safety of closed hot and wet compress therapy were evaluated objectively.Results:(1)General comparison: The baseline data of the two groups before treatment were consistent and comparable(P>0.05).(2)The total score of the two groups decreased after 4 weeks of treatment(P <0.05),and the change of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after controlling the baseline effect before treatment(P<0.05).(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of skin lesion morphology,skin lesion area,mossy number,hypertrophic degree,pigmentation,pruritus degree and accompanying symptoms showed a decreasing trend,and there was difference in skin lesion area improvement(P<0.05).(4)There were no adverse reactions such as skin allergy in both groups.Conclusion: 1.closed hot and wet application therapy combined with oral Chinese medicine and external use of Huanglian ointment and oral Chinese medicine and external use of Huanglian ointment have better curative effect on local chronic simple moss with blood deficiency and wind dryness.2.With the time of treatment,the scores of objective symptoms and subjective symptoms in the two groups decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the area of skin lesions.3.The two groups were safe.
