| ObjectivesThis study used lower limb rehabilitation robot to treat patients with walking dysfunction during the recovery period after stroke, and observed the effects of lower limb rehabilitation robot training on the surface EMG signal, gait parameters, motor function, balance function and walking ability of stroke patients.MethodSixty patients with convalescent stroke who were admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2019 to September 2020 were selected. The patients were divided into the experimental group using conventional rehabilitation training + lower limb rehabilitation robot training and the control group using only conventional rehabilitation training using the random number table method. Before training and 6weeks after training, the patients were evaluated using surface electromyography(SEMG),gait analysis,Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale(FMA),Berg balance scale(BBS)and Holden walking function classification. The muscle movement, gait parameters, lower limb motor function, balance function and walking ability of the two groups of patients were evaluated.ResultsThere was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in general clinical data such as age, gender, course of disease, side of hemiplegia, and nature of the disease(P>0.05);before training, the two groups of patients on the ipsilateral lower limb rectus femoris(RF),Root mean square(RMS)of hamstrings(HT),tibial anterior muscles(TA),medial head of gastrocnemius(GM),percentage of affected side support period, percentage of double support period, stride speed, stride frequency, step length,FMA,BBS and Holden walking function were compared, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 6 weeks of training, the RMS of RF,HT,TA,GM of the affected side of the lower limbs, the percentage of the affected side support period, the percentage of double support period, stride speed, stride frequency, stride length,FMA,BBS and Holden walking function of the two groups were compared.Improvement before treatment, the experimental group is better than the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionLower limb rehabilitation robots have positive significance in improving the walking dysfunction of stroke patients.Lower limb rehabilitation robot training can increase the muscle strength of the lower limbs of stroke patients during the recovery period, improve abnormal gait parameters, optimize limb function, improve motor function and balance function, and improve walking Ability,it is recommended to be widely used in rehabilitation therapy. |
