Objective: Exploring the structural changes and mechanisms of cerebellum microphilic microphones in Parkinson’s disease(PD)patients using neurite orientation dispersion and density imaging(NODDI).Methods: The 35 cases of PD diagnosed by our hospital were PD groups, and 20 cases of the same age who came to our hospital for physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group. All subjects were examined with Philips 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging(NODDI).The orientation diffusion index(ODI),intracellular volume fraction(VIC)and isotropic compartment volume fraction(VISO)of the left and right cerebellar dentate nucleus and white matter were obtained according to the results of NODDI scanning,The differences of ODI,VIC and VISO values between the two groups were analyzed. Results: The VIC values of the left and right dentate nuclei and cerebellum white matter, and the ODI values of the left and right dentate nuclei in PD patients was reduced compared to the control group(P<0.05).The ODI values of left and right cerebellum white matter in patients with PD were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VISO values of left and right dentate nucleus and cerebellum white matter in patients with PD were not significantly different from those in the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion: NODDI could reflect the changes of cerebellum microstructure in patients with PD,and its parameters can be used as an index to evaluate the pathological changes of cerebellum in patients with PD.
