Objective:Qualitative analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of influenza(Influenza, referred to as influenza)in Henan Province, quantitative analysis of the lagging effect of external environmental factors on influenza, and judgment of risk factors affecting the onset of influenza. Methods:This study selects Henan Province as the study area. The study period is from January 1,2016 to December 31,2018.The time unit is“days”.The data on confirmed influenza cases will be collected through the national legal infectious disease surveillance system, including general demographic data.(Age,gender and current address),the meteorological data of daily average temperature and relative humidity during the same period are from the China Meteorological Data Sharing Service Network, and atmospheric data(PM10,SO2,CO,NO2,O3)are from the cities of the Data Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection The air quality real-time release platform, and the demographic data comes from the"Statistical Yearbook of Henan Province".Results:A total of 79870 confirmed influenza cases were reported in Henan Province from 2016 to 2018,including 42925 males and 36945 females, accounting for53.74%and 46.26%,respectively.The 18-60 age group reported the largest number of people, accounting for 41.06%of the total number of reports, and the number of people over 60 years old reported the least number of cases, accounting for 19.40%.In different years, the 18-60-year-old age group has the highest proportion of reports, and the 5-18-year-old age group has the least proportion of reports. There are obvious seasonal trends in influenza reports in Henan Province, and there are more reports of influenza cases in winter and spring.Spearman correlation analysis showed that average temperature and CO were negatively correlated with influenza incidence, relative humidity,PM10,SO2,NO2,and O3were positively correlated with influenza, and there was no obvious correlation between environmental factors.Spatial correlation analysis shows that there is local spatial agglomeration.Spatial correlation analysis shows that there is local spatial agglomeration, and the areas near Kaifeng and Xinyang are low-to-low agglomeration areas. The analysis of the hysteresis effect of the distribution of environmental factors shows that there is a hysteresis effect on the impact of environmental factors on the incidence of influenza. The average daily temperature is-5.3℃,and the risk of influenza occurrence(relative risk,RR)is the highest at the second day after the lag,and the relative humidity is 24%.The RR value is highest when the lag on the second day;PM10is 15ug/m3,when the lag on the second day,the RR value is the highest;SO2is 18.3ug/m3,when the lag on the second day,the RR value is the highest;NO2is107ug/m3,when the lag on the 10th day,The RR value is the highest;CO is 15mg/m3,the RR value is the 6th lag,and the RR value is the highest when O3is 4ug/m3and the lag is the day.Conclusions:1.The number of reported cases of influenza in Henan Province has increased, with obvious seasonality, with a high incidence in winter and spring. The spatial distribution of influenza incidence in Henan Province shows a certain correlation.Kaifeng,Xinyang and its neighboring cities are low-incidence areas.2.Average temperature and CO are negatively correlated with influenza incidence, while relative humidity,PM10,SO2,NO2,and O3were positively correlated with influenza.External environmental factors have a certain lag in the risk of influenza.Low temperature can increase the risk of influenza.Relative humidity has a two-way effect on influenza. The influence of air pollutants on influenza varies in different concentration ranges. |
