| Objective:To explore the correlation between the ratio of Apo B/Apo A1 ratio, glycosylated hemoglobin and the severity of coronary artery disease. Methods: A total of 970 patients who underwent coronary angiography(CAG)in our hospital from August 2016 to September 2020 were selected.According to the examination results, they were divided into 585 cases of coronary heart disease group and 385 cases of non-coronary heart disease group, and related blood lipid indexes of coronary heart disease group were measured.585 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography(CAG)were selected, blood lipid indexes were collected and calculated(non-HDL-C,TG/HDL-C,Apo B/Apo A1),and Gensini points were calculated based on the results of coronary angiography.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between each index and Gensini score.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the correlation between meaningful indicators and the degree of coronary artery disease stenosis.Results:(1)Age,gender,BMI,TC,TG,HDL-C,non-HDL-C,Apo A1,TG/HDL-C were not statistically significant in the coronary heart disease group and the non-coronary heart disease group.Apo B,Apo B/Apo A1,Lp-a,Hb Alc in the coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than those in the non-coronary heart disease group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparing the levels of CK、Apo B/Apo A1 and Hb Alc in the serum of patients with coronary heart disease with different sets of coronary artery lesions, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(3)Comparison of clinical data between different Gensini score groups in patients with coronary heart disease, among the Gensini score groups, there is statistical significance in Apo B,Apo B/Apo A1,and Hb Alc as the severity of coronary artery stenosis increases(P=0.006,P=0.002,P=0.004),there was no statistical difference in age,BMI,TC,TG,HDL-C,non-HDL-C,Apo A1,TG/HDL-C,Lp-a.(4)Spearman correlation analysis of each risk factor and Gensini score,LDL-C,Apo B,Apo B/Apo A1,TG/HDL-C,Hb Alc are positively correlated with Gensini score(r=0.111,r=0.137,r=0.153,r=0.184).(5)Multivariate linear regression analysis of Gensini scores,Apo B/Apo AI,Hb Alc levels are positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease, and Apo B/Apo A1 has the greatest correlation. Conclusion:The ratio of Apo B/Apo A1 and glycosylated hemoglobin are independent risk factors for the degree of coronary artery disease stenosis in coronary heart disease, and are reliable predictors of the risk of coronary heart disease. |
