| Objective: To inquire into the expression of Androgen receptor(AR)in different molecular subtypes of breast cancer and its prognostic consequence.METHODS: From January 2017 to January 2018,275 female breast cancer specimens were collected from the Xinjiang of the Xinjiang Medical University, the utterance of AR was spotted by Immunohistochemistry(IHC),and the associations between AR and clinical pathological features was analyzed retrospectively. The correlation between AR Expression and prognosis of female breast cancer was observed by Kaplan-Meier survival analysis. Results: In this group,(1)the different expression of AR in patients with Luminal B was significantly different(p < 0.001).(2)the expression of AR was significantly different in the assignment of histological grade(p < 0.001),and AR was more common in grade I-II group than in Grade III group.(3)the difference of AR expression in ER distribution was significant(p < 0.001).AR Expression was common in ER positive patients.(4)there was significant difference in the distribution of PR status among patients with different AR expression(p = 0.002).(5)the difference of AR expression in P53 status distribution was significant(p = 0.025),and AR expression was common in P53 positive patients.(6)the difference of AR expression in CK5/6 was significant(p = 0.041).The positive expression of AR was common in CK5/6 negative patients.(7)there was significant difference in the distribution of AR expression in patients with lymph node metastasis(p =0.015).AR Expression was common in patients with negative lymph node metastasis. There was a significant correlation between the expression of AR and DFS.Patients with positive expression of AR had a longer DFS and a better prognosis(p =0.014).Conclusion: The prognosis of Ar Positive patients with breast cancer is better. |
