| Objective: To analyze the correlation between the expression characteristics of micro RNA-146a(miR-146a)and different molecular types and prognosis in early breast invasive ductal carcinoma.Methods: In this study,in situ hybridization was used to detect265 paraffin tissue specimens of patients diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma by pathology,analyze the expression of miR-146 a in the paraffin tissues,and group them according to different molecular types.The Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival analysis to calculate the median tumor-free time of patients with different molecular subtypes in early breast invasive ductal carcinoma.Results: The difference of miR-146 a positive expression rate was related to lymph node status in early breast invasive ductal carcinoma(P<0.05),and had no statistical significance with age,menstruation,tumor size and clinical stage(P>0.05).The positive expression rate of miR-146 a was different among 5 types of breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma in early stage(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of miR-146 a was the highest in luminal a,and the lowest in triple negative.The positive expression rate of miR-146 a was the highest in type Luminal A,and the positive expression rate of miR-146 a was the lowest in three negative cases.The results showed that in her-2 positive/HR positive early breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients,the median tumor free survival time of miR-146 a positive expression was longer than that of miR-146 a negative expression(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the median disease-free survival time between miR-146 a positive and luminal a,luminal B,her-2 positive/HR negative,triple negative early breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients(P>0.05).Conclusions: The differential expression of miR-146 a in early invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast is associated with different molecular types.The high expression rate of miR-146 a in patients with her-2 positive/HR-positive early invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast suggests a better prognostic survival.In time,miR-146 a is expected to provide a reference for evaluating the prognosis of early breast invasive ductal carcinoma and become a new target for breast cancer. |
