ObjectiveTo explore the impact of collaboration care model on traumatic fracture patients’ psychology and complications. The results will provide the guidance for the policies about how to provide the high-quality of the health education for traumatic fracture patients.MethodIn this study,a randomly controlled approach was used to select 90 cases of traumatic fracture patients who met the inclusion criteria and were hospitalized in a tertiary hospital in Fushun during June 2019 to June2020.Forty five patients were in each group. The control group was under the conventional care,General demographic data,self-efficacy scale, anxiety self-rating scale, depression self-rating scale and life satisfaction scale were used to investigate the patients’ self-efficacy and anxiety-depression psychological status before and after the interventions. The general surveys, the self-efficacy surveys,self-check concern surveys,self-check depression surveys, and self-satisfaction surveys were before in-hospital and three months after the surgeries to measure the various parameters. The statistical analysis was done using SPSS 25.0 software based on the and t-test methods.P<0.05 is the base line.Result1.The differences in demographic data(gender, age, education level, marital status, monthly income, cause of injury, payment method),clinically relevant data(site of injury, length of stay, cause of injury, degree of injury, admission pain score),and psychological status(self-efficacy,anxiety,depression,life satisfaction)between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable.2.The incidence of post-intervention complications(deep vein thrombosis, pressure injury, joint stiffness, and infection)in the intervention group was lower than control group,?2 were 7.636,5.316,4.459,3.896.P values of intervention group were 0.006,0.021,0.035,0.048.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.3.Psychological status of patients in the two groups:(1)The scores of self-efficacy,anxiety,and depression through the intervention had statistically significant in the intervention group. The t-values of intervention group were-14.688,11.904,11.440.The differences in the scores of self-efficacy,anxiety,and depression through the intervention had statistically significant in the control group,.The t-values were-10.528,9.281,9.570,and the p-values was less than 0.001.(2)The results of the intervention group was better than those of the control group,in terms of the self-efficacy,anxiety,and depression scores between the two groups through the interventions with statistically significant differences. The t-values were 3.520,-3.474,-2.647 and p-values were 0.001,0.001,and0.010.4.In the comparison of satisfaction with life through intervention between the two groups, life satisfaction after intervention was better than that before. The t-values were-9.952,-16.681,p-values <0.001.The results of the two groups had statistically significant. The effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group. The difference had statistically significant. The t-value was 2.628,and p-value was 0.010.ConclusionThe collaboration care model was proved to effectively improve traumatic fracture patients’ self-efficacy,reduce the depression, and their complications, resulting in a better satisfaction of their life.
