| Summary purpose:Give glutamine-enhanced enteral nutrition intervention to observe its effect on chemotherapy patients with non-small cell lung cancer The immune function, nutritional status and intervention effect of gastrointestinal adverse reactions.Explore suitable for non-small cell lung cancer A reasonable enteral nutrition support program for chemotherapy patients, thereby improving the nutritional status of non-small cell lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, alleviating gastrointestinal adverse reactions after chemotherapy, and providing immune function.Method:Sixty chemotherapy patients with non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into There were 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.Based on the clinical treatment of platinum-containing dual-drug palliative chemotherapy, the two groups of patients were nutritionally evaluated and adjusted for nutritional support.According to the principle of the target nutrient amount of 25-30kcal/(kg/d),the intake reached the target Nutrient content is more than 60%.Each subject was given enteral nutrition support from one day before the start of chemotherapy to the end of the two cycles.Patients in the observation group were given Mazolin 4.02g/d on the basis of enteral nutrition support.Nutritional intervention used two consecutive chemotherapy cycle.During the experiment, fasting venous blood(12h fasting)was drawn from the two groups of patients before chemotherapy and at the end of two cycles of chemotherapy, and related observation indicators were detected and recorded. The general conditions of the patients and their gastrointestinal adverse reactions were recorded.①Nutrition indicators:weight, skinfold thickness, hemoglobin(HGB),serum(ALB),prealbumin(PA)and transferrin(TRF);②immune indicators:total lymphocytes(TLC),T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IgA,IgM,IgG);③Gastrointestinal adverse reactions:According to NCI.CTCAE common adverse event evaluation standard version 5.0,record adverse events(nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, abdominal pain,diarrhea).Result:1.Nutrition index:Before the test, there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the nutrition index group(P>0.05).At the end of the two cycles of chemotherapy, the weight, skinfold thickness,HGB,PA,ALB,and TRF of the control group and the observation group were significantly lower than before the test(P<0.05),and the observation group’s weight and skin folds The fold thickness,HGB,PA,ALB and TRF levels were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Immune index:Before the test, there was no significant difference in the immune index between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).At the end of the two cycles of chemotherapy, the total lymphocytes(TLC)and T lymphocyte subsets(CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IgA,IgM,IgG)of the control group and observation group were significantly lower than before the test(P<0.05),And the total lymphocytes(TLC)and T lymphocyte subgroups(CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IgA,IgM,IgG)of the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Gastrointestinal adverse reactions:After the intervention trial of enteral nutrition supplemented with glutamine, the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In conclusion:Glutamine-enhanced enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status of patients undergoing chemotherapy, have a certain effect on improving the gastrointestinal function of patients, reduce the gastrointestinal toxicity of chemotherapy, and enhance the body’s immune defense function. |
