Clinical Research On Time-Administration Therapy With Wen Yang Hua Yu Decoction On The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris(Type Of Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objective:To observe the Wenyang Huayu Decoction combined with medication on time method clinical efficacy of administration Treatment Coronary heart disease angina pectoris(Yang deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods:In this study,72 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris(Yang deficiency and blood stasis type)were selected in the Department of Geriatrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 36 cases in each group according to the time of visit by using a random number table.The two groups were given isosorbate nitrate tablets as the basic treatment,and the treatment group was given the basic treatment combined with Wenyang Huayu Decoction(morinda officinalis,caulis spatholobi,cinnamon,angelica,peach kernel,rhodiola rosea,poria cocos,atractylodes,herbaceous peony and honey-fried licorice root).They were taken at MAO time(5:00 to 7:00)and at YOU time(17:00 to 19:00),with 150ml decoction each time;Control group was given basic treatment combined with YangXinShiPian.The course of treatment for both groups was 4 weeks.Through statistical observation of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores,according to the results of data analysis,objective evaluation of the application of Wenyang Huayu Decoction combined with medication on time in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(Yang deficiency and blood stasis type)clinical efficacy.Results:The treatment group and the control group were compared before and after treatment.Before treatment,the P values of the two groups were greater than 0.05 in terms of gender and age,and there was no significant difference,so they can be compared.After the course of treatment,by comparing the total scores and total effective rates of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients after treatment,it is concluded that the total scores of the treatment group and the control group after treatment are 10.11±4.201 and 12.42±3.451,respectively.The treatment group The total effective rates with the control group were 83.33%and 80.56%respectively,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,patients in the treatment group showed significant improvement in symptoms of chest tightness,chest pain,chills,cold limbs,palpitations,and pale complexion,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),but in fatigue,limb numbness,In terms of dark lips,the symptoms did not improve significantly,and there were no adverse events in the two groups of patients during the period of taking the drug.Conclusion:Wenyang Huayu Decoction combined with time administration can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris(Yang deficiency and blood stasis type),which is worthy of further study and promotion.
