Clinical Observation Of Press-needle Combined With The Brain Vision Training In The Treatment Of Amblyopia Based On “Tonifying After Dredging Stasis” Theory In Children With Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney

Objective:Through the observation based on the theory of press-needle combined with the brain vision training in the treatment of amblyopia based on “Tonifying after Dredging Stasis” theory in children with deficiency of liver and kidney,compared brain vision training in the treatment of amblyopia with deficiency of liver and kidney type amblyopia in children with brain curative effects,which discuss based on the theory of “Tonifying after Dredging Stasis” of press-needle combined with the brain vision training in the treatment of amblyopia,preliminary expound the superiority of this method to treat the disease,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods:August 2018 to October 2019,the 63 eyes of Easton Ophthalmology Hospital in Changchun were included in the outpatient observation,random sampling.Age of 3～12,32(56 eyes)were treated,control group in 31 cases(56 eyes).After four courses of treatment,and through the medical statistical analysis of the relevant data.The conclusion of comparative analysis of clinical efficacy is obtained.Results:In the eye treatment group,after treatment 44 eyes,improve 5 eyes.In the control group,56 eyes were treated with 10 eyes,7 eyes were effective,29 eyes improved and the total number of invalid eyes was 82.14%.According to the SPSS statistical analysis,p<0.05 the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The results of this study showed that both the combination of screw acupuncture and brain vision training based on the theory of "Tonifying after Dredging Stasis" and the brain vision training can treat the children with amblyopia of liver and kidney deficiency.Based on the theory of "Tonifying after Dredging Stasis",the treatment effect of screw acupuncture combined with brain vision training for amblyopia in children with amblyopia degree,amblyopia type and different age groups is superior to the treatment of brain vision training,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
