Objective:The price of TCM prescription in medical institutions was studied,the influencing factors leading to the increase of TCM prescription price were deeply analyzed,and the theoretical,practical and implementation effects of the current management system were studied.According to the actual situation of Jilin Province,this paper puts forward price control measures to promote the rationalization,standardization and institutionalization of TCM prescription use,and provides basis for relevant departments to adjust and improve policy measures.Methods:This research adopts literature method,investigation method,expert interview method,statistical analysis and combined with traditional Chinese medicine basic theory of statistical analysis of survey data by the thorough analysis in medical institutions of traditional Chinese medicine prescription price increases factors,combined with the relevant national policy,puts forward Suggestions for the control of traditional Chinese medicine prescription price measures.Results: Taking a third-grade hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province as an example,through investigation and research,it is found that the prescription price of traditional Chinese medicine in medical institutions is generally on the high side,and is still increasing continuously.This is mainly manifested in higher unit price of Chinese medicinal materials in medical institutions compared with social drugstores,higher prescription price of improved "new" Chinese medicinal materials compared with traditional Chinese medicinal materials,more single-prescription flavors,more single-prescription doses and higher single-prescription doses,etc.,which lead to higher prescription prices.Moreover,different prescriptions for the same disease in different departments lead to differences in prescription prices.Conclusion: The non-standardization of traditional Chinese medicine prescription,the rising price of traditional Chinese medicine and the wide use of new Chinese medicine decoction pieces have all increased the price of traditional Chinese medicine prescription to a certain extent,resulting in an increase in the economic burden of patients and also increasing the government’s expenditure on medical insurance.Therefore suggested to strengthen the regulation of Chinese herbal medicine market,strengthening Chinese traditional medicine quality management of medical institutions,optimization of medical institution’s own management and strengthen government intervention measures,so as to effectively control of traditional Chinese medicine prescription prices,improve health service ability and application ability of traditional Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,the traditional Chinese medicine in China,deepen reform and maintain health play a bigger role in human health.
