Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Cervical Tinnitus (Type Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis) By Multi-needle Shallow Pricking Combined With Auricular Point Sticking

Objective:In this trial,we investigated the mechanism of action and its efficacy of multi acupuncture shallow acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure for the treatment of cervical tinnitus by observing the difference in clinical efficacy between the treatment of cervical tinnitus(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)and oral western medicine,to summarize previous relevant therapeutic experiences and provide a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy for clinical practice.Methods:Seventy two patients with cervical tinnitus who met the inclusion criteria were selected for enrollment in this trial,of which some subjects had exfoliation,and finally a total of 60 patients with cervical tinnitus were enrolled in the study,and all subjects underwent randomization,including a total of 30 cases in the treatment group,which utilized multi-needle shallow acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure,and a total of 30 cases in the control group,which utilized the treatment modality of oral western medicine.Using the neck pain scale(NPQ)and tinnitus severity assessment form(TEQ)scores before treatment and after four courses of treatment,respectively,point statistics were performed and the data were drawn for analysis,which was concluded after comparing the efficacy of two groups.Results:1.Prior to treatment,a comparative analysis was performed for the two groups,which mainly included gender,age and condition,etc.after statistical analysis,the results showed no significant difference(p>0.05),so they were comparable.2.After four courses of treatment,comparing the TEQ scores and NPQ percentages before and after the two groups,after the test,there was a significant difference(p<0.05)after analysis,which was also statistically significant,but the treatment group played a better therapeutic effect.3.A total of 30 cases were included in the treatment group: among them,3 cases were totally cured,14 cases were totally marked effect,8 cases were totally marked effect,5cases were totally invalid,and their response rate reached 83.33%.A total of 30 cases were included in the control group: among them,1 case was totally cured,6 cases were totally developed and 16 cases were totally effective and 7 cases were totally invalid,and its effective rate reached 76.67%.Spss26.0)was used to process the data,and the data of two groups were analyzed later(p<0.05)for statistical significance,so the treatment group was better than the control group when analyzed from this perspective.Conclusion:Summary analysis of the clinical data,the treatment group received multiple acupuncture shallow acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure for the treatment of cervical tinnitus(qi stagnation blood stasis type)better than the control group,and the treatment method of multiple acupuncture shallow acupuncture combined with auricular acupressure for the treatment of cervical tinnitus(qi stagnation blood stasis type)deserves clinical application.
