| Objective:By designing a randomized controlled experiment, comparing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture based on the method of replenishing and reducing the child and mother and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of constipation(qi deficiency type),analyzing the difference in the efficacy of the two methods, and further exploring the method of replenishing and reducing the child and mother The mechanism and advantages of the method of acupuncture treatment of Qi-deficiency constipation;it is proved that this method of remote acupuncture points, invigorating the lung and qi,and assisting intestinal conduction can effectively relieve symptoms, reduce recurrence, and improve the quality of life of patients. And provide new ideas for the widespread application of this treatment in clinical practice. Methods:Establish strict diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.According to the principle of randomized control grouping,72 cases(calculated with a dropout rate of 20%)from the outpatient and treatment area of the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine,Gastroenterology Clinic, and Geriatric Outpatient Clinic Constipation patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to 36 cases in each group. The treatment group was given acupuncture treatment under the guidance of the theory of Mother and Child Reinforcing-Reducing Law,and the control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment. The course of treatment was 20 days in both groups. In the course of treatment, the cases that fell off and did not meet the standards were eliminated, and finally 32 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group were included in the clinical efficacy comparison. Results:The treatment results showed that in the treatment group,5 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90.63%;in the control group,3 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was It was 87.10%.The total clinical efficacy of the two groups was tested P=0.039<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the total symptom score of the two groups was tested P=0.039<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, the treatment group was better than the control group. The two groups had statistically significant differences in the first defecation time, constipation frequency, dyspnea, shortness of breath, sweating, and recurrence rate after the first treatment(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in stool characteristics, defecation time, abdominal distension, fatigue and fatigue Compared with the scores of Shaoqi Lazyyan, the difference between the two groups was not significant. There were no adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups of patients. After 4 weeks of treatment, the patients were followed up.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion:Acupuncture treatment of constipation(qi deficiency type)based on the method of replenishing and reducing qi and mother has a significant effect.Especially in terms of rapid defecation and low recurrence rate,it is significantly better than conventional acupuncture treatment, and the effect is long-lasting,safe and effective, and suitable for clinical promotion. |
