Study On Mechanism Of Using Data Mining Technology To Study Professor Liu Tiejun Used Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Law Research

Objective: This study aims to explore the clinical prescriptions and medication rules of Professor Liu Tiejun’s application of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,summarize the ideological experience and academic theories of the tutors,and further improve the curative effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction in clinical application,and expand Huangqi Jianzhong The therapeutic range of the soup.Methods: This trial collected the patients who were diagnosed and treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction by Professor Liu Tiejun in the National Medical Hall of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to January 2021.The diagnosis and treatment information was taken by imaging method or the original case was directly retained or received from the hospital.Retrieved by the computer center,followed by strict control of case inclusion and exclusion criteria for screening and medical records collation,and finally a total of 300 cases were collected.The medical record information is used in the statistical report function of the TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V2.5)system to form a statistical table of patient information,symptoms,syndromes,and therapeutic drugs in the medical record.Then use the prescription analysis module in the data analysis function of this software to mine the relevant drugs used by the tutor using Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction;use the medical case analysis module in the data analysis function to analyze the symptoms and prescriptions of the tutor using Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Excavate.The final statistical data includes the frequency statistics of symptoms and drugs,disease statistics of Chinese and Western medicine,core drugs,symptom combinations,new prescriptions and new drug combinations,and so on.Result:1.Basic patient information statistics: In the medical records,there are 159 male patients and 141 female patients.There are slightly more male patients than female patients.The average age of patients is 49.6 years old.Among them,middle-aged and elderly patients aged 40-60 are the main components.2.Four diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and symptom analysis: Among them,there are 5 types of tongue quality,6 types of coating appearances,and 7 types of pulse conditions.The most frequent tongue and pulse is pale tongue and white coating and weak pulse.There are 144 symptoms in the statistics of symptoms,the most frequently occurring before.The three symptoms were fatigue,chills,and bad wind.3.Disease diagnosis statistics: There are 40 kinds of diseases in western medicine.Chronic non-atrophic gastritis and chronic colitis are more cases,accounting for 37%;there are 30 kinds of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,among which the 3 most frequent ones are stomachache,diarrhea,Full of scumbags.4.Analysis of prescriptions and medicines: There are 114 Chinese medicines involved in 300 medical records.In addition to Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction,the most commonly used ones are: rhubarb,angelica,Bupleurum,tangerine peel,coptis,scutellaria,codonopsis,poria,gardenia,chuanxiong,Pinellia,Gypsum etc.Conclusion:1.Fatigue,chills,and bad wind are the core symptoms of the instructor using Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction.2.Involving 40 kinds of Western medicine diseases and 30 kinds of Chinese medicine diseases,it can be seen that the instructor applied Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction to pay attention to dialectics and treat different diseases at the same time,so the treatment range is wide.3.Instructors often use Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with dried tangerine peel and rhubarb as the core drugs for the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis;Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Bupleurum as the core drugs for the treatment of chronic colitis.4.Summarize the common prescriptions used by the tutors for Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction: cold-heat complex syndrome combined with Xiehuang San,Yin-cold internal syndrome combined with Fuzi Lizhong Decoction,spleen deficiency and food resistance syndrome combined with Baohe Pills,liver fire off the stomach combined with Zuojin Pills,etc.Wait.
