Study On The Application Of Unblocking Xuanfu In The Treatment Of Warm Diseases

Xuanfu is the gateway to the rise and fall of Qi,and the normal movement of Qi depends on the smooth flow of Xuanfu.Xuanfu depression is the most common disease of Xuanfu.Its basic pathological condition is that Xuanfu is repressed and its function is abnormal.The purpose of Kaixuanfu method is to promote stagnation,make qi,blood and body fluid circulate in the human body,moisten the viscera and tissues,and maintain the normal life activities of the human body.Warm disease is a kind of exogenous febrile disease of feeling febrile pathogen.Xuanfu stagnation is closely related to the occurrence and development of febrile disease.Warm evil qi invades the human body,and qi stagnation leads to even more heat potential.heat and depression are cause and effect each other,and are related to qi from beginning to end.On the treatment of febrile diseases,pay attention to the pathogenesis of stagnant heat,"Xuan","penetration","Tong" are always the main treatment principles of febrile diseases.Yang Qi stagnation is an important part of Xuanfu theory,which is mainly concentrated in the inheritance and development of febrile diseases in later generations.The research part of this paper reviews the relevant literature of Xuanfu,collates the origin of Xuanfu,the proposal of Xuanfu,the inheritance and development of Xuanfu and the modern clinical application.The first part studies the function and pathogenesis of Xuanfu from five aspects: dredge the inside and outside,regulating qi activity;transporting essence and blood,nourish the whole body;regulating water passage,dredging distribution fluid;regulate the human body,harmonizing nutrient qi and defensive qi;smooth flow of qi and fluid,transport spiritual mechanism.This paper expounds the pathogenesis of febrile disease based on Xuanfu theory from four aspects: pathogen invading lung-defense phase,Xuanfu failing in dispersing;heat pathogen impairment of fluid,Xuanfu blockage;damp pathogen blocks spleen and stomach,Xuanfu qi depression;heat evil accumulates in the intestine,xuanfu stagnation.This paper expounds the treatment of febrile disease from four aspects:conveyance and dispersion space between skin and muscles,divergence and transparency;clearing heat pathogen,open stagnation pattern;unobstructed qi movement,removing dampness for regulating stomach;catharsis expel the heat-evil,promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals.The second part starts with sorting out the literature of warm disease,and systematically collates and excavates the four works of Treatise on Pestilence,Warm-heat theory,Damp-heat theory,Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases,and selects a large number of related original texts of Xuanfu.The characteristics of pathogenesis,medicine and treatment are analyzed and studied in detail.Firmly grasping the pathogenesis of Xuanfu occlusion,carrying out prevention and treatment research,in-depth understanding of the disease and analyzing the pathological mechanism can provide new ideas for clinical differentiation of warm disease,provide new methods for the treatment of warm disease,and give better play to the advantages of clinical treatment of warm disease.give full play to the important role of warm disease in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and medical treatment of public emergencies.
