Objective:From the perspective of the theory of Fu pathogenic factors in traditional Chinese medicine, through the clinical observation of the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(syndrome of moderate obstruction of cold and dampness)with the addition of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction,so as to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the addition of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(syndrome of moderate obstruction of cold and dampness),and provide basis for future clinical research. Methods: All the outpatients of associate professor Zhang Jingzhou from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the Fuzilizhong decoction group(36 cases)and the Wenweishu capsule group(36 cases). The treatment group was treated with Fuzi Lizhong Decoction, while the control group was treated with Wenweishu Capsule. The treatment cycle consisted of 4 weeks of continuous administration. The changes in symptoms and signs in both groups were closely observed and recorded. After the end of the diagnosis and treatment cycle, the changes of related symptoms in the Fuzilizhong Decoction modified group(treatment group)and Wenweishu capsule group(control group)were detected and recorded, and the differences before and after treatment were compared. Results: In this study, there were no statistical differences in age, gender, course of disease,TCM symptom scores and endoscopic grading scores of patients in the Fuzilizhong Decoction modified group(treatment group)and Wenweishu capsule group(control group)(P >0.05),indicating comparability between the two groups. After completing one treatment cycle(4 weeks),the TCM symptom score of the two groups(Fuzilizhong decoction modified group: 9.06±4.19,t=19.263,P=0.000;Wenweishu capsule group: 14.35±5.18,t=13.170,P=0.000).after comparison(t=4.632,P=0.000),there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of Fuzilizhong decoction modified group after diagnosis and treatment(94.12%)was superior to that of Wenweishu capsule group(79.41%).Gastric mucosa grade score under gastroscopy showed that the gastric mucosa condition of the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(in the Fuzilizhong decoction modified group: 4.79±1.51 before treatment,2.21±1.07 after treatment,t=8.129,P=0.000;Wenweishu capsule group: 4.56±1.52 before treatment,2.41±1.44 after treatment,t=5.987,P=0.000);Comparison between the two groups after treatment: P=0.670,suggesting that Fuzi Lizhong Decoction and Wenweishu Capsule can significantly improve the symptoms of gastric mucosa. However, there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05),suggesting that there was no significant difference in improving the symptoms of gastric mucosa between the two groups. Conclusion: Based on the theory of pathogenic factors in traditional Chinese medicine,Fuzi Lizhong Decoction can significantly treat the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, such as epigastric pain, stomach coolness and fear of cold, epigastric abdominal patchiness, vomiting water, thirst and reluctance to drink water, loose stools, tiredness and weakness, nausea, lethargy and belching in patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(cold and dampness syndrome). It can significantly improve the symptoms of gastric mucosa in patients with chronic non-shrinking gastritis(cold and dampness syndrome). The quality of life and all aspects of patients were significantly improved.
