Chinese Medical Master Professor Liu Bailing In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Syndrome And Medication Research

Objective: Through the application of “Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform V2.5 ”,Professor Liu Bailing ’s medication experience and treatment ideas in the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis were summarized,so as to better inherit his academic thoughts.Methods: In this study,282 cases of Knee Osteoarthritis diagnosed in the outpatient clinic of Professor Liu Bailing,a master of Chinese medicine.The database was constructed by using the platform.The data mining methods such as frequency analysis,Apriori rule algorithm,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method and complex system entropy clustering method were used to analyze the prescription of Professor Liu Bailing in the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis.Results: Through the analysis of 228 patients,gender and age showed that women had more diseases than men;the majority were 51 – 60 years old,accounting for 36.4 %;The core symptom groups obtained were : joint pain,flexion and extension adverse,joint deformation,joint swelling,local stiffness,pulse sinking thin and weak,mossy white,joint pain,soreness and softness of waist and knee The main syndromes are : liver and kidney deficiency,wind cold dampness,qi stagnation and blood stasis,damp heat blocking collaterals.The analysis of 282 prescriptions showed that the commonly used drugs of Professor Liu Bailing in the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis were Jishiteng,Zhifuzi,Cinnamon,Yanhusuo,Danshen,Gusuibu,Niuxi,Yiyiren,Shudihuang and Wugong.The meridian distribution of medicinal properties and flavors is : the frequency of use of four-gas medium temperature drugs is mostly;The five flavors are mainly bitter,followed by pungent,sweet drugs;The meridian mainly belongs to the liver and kidney meridian.Using complex system entropy clustering method,one core prescription and two new prescriptions of Professor Liu Bailing in the treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis were excavated.Conclusion: Professor Liu Bailing has unique and rich experience in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.It is believed that the internal deficiency of liver and kidney is the root of the disease,and the treatment principle is tonifying kidney and strengthening bone,removing pathogenic factors and removing obstruction.Application of drugs to the liver,kidney channel most;The medicinal properties are mainly warm,while the medicinal flavors are bitter,pungent and sweet.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,tonifying kidney and strengthening yang are the fundamental,and eliminating pathogenic factors and removing bi.
