Objective: The efficacy, superiority and safety of laparoscopic hepatic hemangioma resection versus open hepatic hemangioma resection were analyzed retrospectively.Selection methods: a total of 40 patients with hepatic hemangioma(II-VI segment)who were diagnosed and operated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from June 2017 to September 2020 were selected and divided into N group(n = 17)and M group(n = 23).Laparoscopic resection of hepatic hemangioma(N Group)and open resection of hepatic hemangioma(M group)were performed respectively. The perioperative clinical indicators, total treatment costs and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results: Comparison of preoperative indexes between the two groups: there was no statistically significant difference in age, gender, maximum tumor diameter, preoperative AST,ALT,ALB,and TBI between the two groups(all p>0.05).Comparison of surgery and postoperative recovery between the two groups: the mean operative time of the two groups was not statistically significant(p>0.05);intraoperative bleeding was less in the open group than in the laparoscopic group, which was statistically significant(p<0.05);the laparoscopic group was better than the open group in terms of mean postoperative liver function level, ventilation time and postoperative hospitalization time(all p<0.05);the difference in mean hospitalization cost was not statistically significant(p> 0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications was statistically significant in the laparoscopic group compared with the open group(p < 0.05).Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery for hepatic hemangioma in segments II-VI can reduce the collateral damage to normal liver tissues, facilitate postoperative liver function recovery, accelerate patients’ postoperative recovery time, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, with superior value to patients undergoing open hepatic hemangioma resection, but the open group has more advantages in intraoperative bleeding control.
