Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Ra Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney And Dampness-heat Obstruction Syndrome By Qingre Lishi Guben Decoction

ObjectiveBy observing the curative effect and safety of Qingre Lishi Guben decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis of deficiency of liver and kidney and dampness-heat obstruction syndrome,to provide effective prescription and clinical basis for treating rheumatoid arthritis with traditional Chinese medicine.MethodsAccording to the requirements of the experiment,72 patients were randomly divided into two groups by the method of random number table,36 in the treatment group and 36 in the control group.The control group was treated with methotrexate 10 mg,once a week on the first day,and folic acid 10 mg,once a week on the second day.Based on this,the treatment group added Qingre Lishi Guben decoction,200 ml,per day 2 times.The observation period was 12 weeks.During the course of the experiment,the changes of basic vital signs,curative effect index,laboratory index and safety index before and after treatment were observed and recorded.According to the resuiresults of SPSS26.0 statistical software analysis,the efficacy and safety of Qingre Lishi Guben decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney and dampness-heat obstruction were evaluated.ResultsThe treatment group shed 2 cases and the control group 4 cases during the course of the experiment.A total of 66 patients were finally included and completed experimental,34 patients in the treatment group and 32 patients in the control group.1.The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 85.30%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group75.00%(P<0.05),which indicated that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.2.Two groups can reduce TCM syndrome score,and the results showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 85.30%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 65.62%(P<0.05),indicating that the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.Two groups could reduce reduce the inflammatory index ESR、CRP,the results showed that the treatment group decreased ESR significantly better than the control group(P<0.01),the treatment group decreased CRP better than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of reducing inflammatory index in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.4.Two groups could not reduce the diagnostic index CCP、RF-Ig A、RF-Ig G、RF-Ig M,there was no significant difference before and after treatment(P>0.05).5.Two groups could effectively reduce the number of joint tenderness、joint swelling、rest pain、PGA、MDGA,comparison between groups indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).6.Two groups could effectively reduce the HAQ score and the time of early morning stiffnesss,comparison between groups indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).7.Two groups could effectively reduce the disease activity DAS28 score、CDAI、SDAI,comparison between groups indicated that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).8.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the number and time of taking chlorfenac tablets(P>0.05),indicating that the use of chlorfenac tablets did not affect the results of this experiment.9.During the experiment,there were mild adverse reactions in both groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference before or after treatment of safety index in both groupst(P>0.05).Conclusiongs1.Qingre Lishi Guben decoction combined with methotrexate is more effective than methotrexate alone.The treatment group can obviously improve clinical symptoms,inflammatory indexes,and reduce disease activity and the integral of TCM syndrome of RA patients of deficiency of liver and kidney and obstruction of dampness-heat.2.Qingre Lishi Guben decoction has less side effects in the treatment of RA patients of deficiency of liver and kidney and obstruction of dampness-heat during the experiment,and the degree of adverse reactions is low,the clinical application is safe and effective,it is worth studying and popularizing.
