| Objective:The purpose of this topic is to observe the clinical effect of the whole manipulation of muscles and bones and the conventional manipulation in the treatment of adhesive periarthritis of shoulder,to study the clinical effect of the whole manipulation of muscles and bones in the treatment of this disease,to seek the basis of curative effect,to provide a safe and effective manipulation for the clinical treatment of adhesive periarthritis of shoulder.Methods:In December 2019 to February 2021 in yunnan province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine massage during outpatient and the inpatient diagnostic criteria and voluntary collected in accordance with the 71 cases of patients with stage adhesion periarthritis of shoulder,the random number table method(the physique overall group)were randomly divided into test group 36 cases and the control group(routine massage group)and 35 cases of patients fall off in 2 cases,control group 1 case.The treatment was once every other day,5 times as a course of treatment,and the two groups were treated for2 courses of treatment.Visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain before,after 1 course of treatment and after 2 courses of treatment and Constant-Murley shoulder function score before and after treatment were statistically analyzed in the two groups to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.Before treatment: Gender,age,disease site,disease course,VAS score,total score of Constant-Murley Shoulder Scale and scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.VAS scores before and after 1 course of treatment,as well as before and after 2courses of treatment in the two groups were statistically compared and analyzed,showing P<0.05,which was statistically significant;Comparison of VAS scores between the two groups after 1 course of treatment(P<0.05)was statistically significant.After 2 courses of treatment,VAS scores were compared between the two groups,P<0.01,which was statistically significant.It is suggested that the whole muscle and bone manipulation is better than the conventional manipulation in alleviating the pain of the patients with periarthritis of shoulder during the adhesive period.3.After 2 courses of treatment,statistical analysis was made on the total Constant-Murley score and various scores before and after treatment in the two groups and between the two groups,with P<0.05,indicating statistical significance.It is proved that the whole tendon and bone manipulation is superior to the conventional manipulation in improving the pain,daily living activities,active range of motion and abductive muscle strength of the shoulder joint in the patients with periarthritis of shoulder at the adhesive stage.4.After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rates of the two groups were:97.06% in the experimental group and 85.29% in the control group;The recovery rates of the two groups were 67.65% in the experimental group and 35.29% in the control group.After statistical analysis,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,and the number of cases of clinical cure and remarkable effect in the whole muscle and bone manipulation group was higher than that in the conventional massage manipulation group.Conclusion:1.Both the whole tendon and bone manipulation and the conventional manipulation can effectively reduce pain,improve the ability of daily living activities,and improve the active range of motion and abductive muscle strength of the shoulder joint.However,the experimental group is better than the control group in comparison between the two groups.2.After two courses of treatment,the overall efficacy of the whole muscle-bone manipulation group was better than that of the conventional massage manipulation group,indicating that the whole muscle-bone manipulation has a certain promotion value in clinical practice. |
