Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Late Menstruation(Qi Stagnation Evidence) With The Addition And Subtraction Of Seven Made Aromatic Herbs Granules

Objective:Under the guidance of the theory of Chinese medicine,the main objective of this project is to observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of late menstruation(Qi stagnation evidence)with the addition and subtraction of Seven Made Fragrant Herbs Granules.Using Safflower Prosperity Granules as the control group,the clinical effectiveness,reliability and safety of the treatment group were confirmed by comparing the menstrual cycle,colour quality and the degree of improvement of concomitant symptoms before and after treatment in both groups.Methods: The 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was given Seven Prepared Aromatic Herbs Granules plus or minus,while the control group was given Safflower Free and Easy Granules.Both groups started the medication on the first day after menstruation,and a course of treatment was given for 21 consecutive days.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles,and other medication was prohibited during the treatment period.A total of 7 patients were shed during the trial,33 in the actual treatment group and 32 in the control group.The clinical symptom scores before and after treatment were recorded separately as well as the clinical efficacy evaluation.Results: After analyzing the data collected clinically: 8 cases(24.24%)were cured,12cases(36.36%)were effective,10 cases(30.3%)were effective,and 3 cases(9.09%)were ineffective in the treatment group(Seven-made Fragrant Herbs Granules),with an overall efficiency of 90.9%.In the control group(Safflower Prosperity Granules),3 cases(9.38%)were cured,7 cases(21.88%)were effective,17 cases(53.12%)were effective,5 cases(15.62%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 84.4%.Both groups of drugs had significant effects in treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the patients’ menstrual cycle,colour quality,breast distension,abdominal distension,mental depression and premenstrual chest distension symptoms.Conclusion: By observing the treatment of 65 cases of late menstruation(Qi stagnation evidence)(7 cases shed).It was found that the effect of the treatment group of Seven-Formula Aromatic Herbs Granules Plus Reduction in treating late menstruation(Qi stagnation evidence)was significantly better than that of the control group of Safflower Free and Easy Granules,and the clinical treatment was effective and could be widely promoted.
