Clinical Observation Of Self-made Anmian Decoction In The Treatment Of Insomnia(Yin Deficiency And Huowang Syndrome)

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy and syndrome improvement of self-designed Anmiandecoction in the treatment of insomnia(syndrome of Yin deficiency and syndrome of fire),it provides a new idea and clinical basis for the clinical treatment of insomnia(syndrome of Yin deficiency and syndrome of fire).Methods: A total of 72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria of insomnia(Yin deficiency Huo Wang syndrome)in the geriatrics department and inpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into observation group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36)by digital random method.Control group was treated with Baileomian Capsule(Yangzijiang Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.,National Drug License: Z20020131),4 pills at a time,twice a day,orally;Observation group was given self-made sleeping decoction(specific drugs: fried jujube seed15 g,chuanxiong rhizoma 8g,zhimu 10 g,fushen 10 g,gardenia fruit 8g,shudi 10 g,moxanlotus 10 g,Ligustrum lucidum 10 g,licorice 8g),decocted in water and extracted300 ml juice,150 ml each time,orally twice a day after meals.The treatment course of both groups was 4 weeks.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)and Insomnia Chinese Medicine Symptoms Scale were recorded before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients was compared and observed,so as to explore the clinical therapeutic effect of self-designed Anmiandecoction on insomnia(Yin deficiency Huo Wang syndrome).The obtained data were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the general data(including gender,age,PSQI score and TCM syndrome scoring scale score)between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability.2.PSQI assessment: comparison of PSQI scores between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment: the average score of the treatment group before treatment was 14.25,and the average score after treatment was 6.75.The average score of the control group was 14.61 before treatment and 9.14 after treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,PSQI scores were decreased in both groups.Comparison between groups and independent t-test analysis(P < 0.01)showed that there was a statistical difference in scores between the two groups.3.Changes in TCM syndrome scores: The TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group before and after treatment were significantly different by paired t test(P < 0.01).The comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment was analyzed by independent t test(P < 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.4.Curative effect evaluation: after four weeks after treatment,two groups of patients with curative effect observation of syndromes,the treatment group healed in 2 cases,17 cases had marked effect,14 cases effective,3 had no effect,the total effective rate 91.67%,control group recovered 0 cases,8 cases were markedly effective,effective 22 cases,6 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.33%,two groups of data by the rank and inspection(0 as invalid,1 for effective,2 to pay off,3 for recovery),Z = 2.656,P = 0.008,P< 0.01,with statistical significance.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Through clinical observation on sleep,treatment group 4cases were cured,18 cases had marked effect,8 cases,6 cases ineffective,the total effectiveness 83.33%,control group recovered in 3 cases,6 cases were markedly effective,19 cases effective,8 no effect,the total effective rate 77.78%,two groups of data by the rank and inspection(0 as invalid,1 for effective,2 to pay off,3 for recovery),Z = 2.3,P =0.021,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.During the efficacy observation,no obvious adverse reactions were observed in patients of the two groups.Conclusion: The self-made Anmiao decoction can effectively improve the sleep quality of insomnia patients with syndrome of Yin deficiency and fire.It has the value of clinical application.
