Study On The Path Of Establishing Traceability System Of Chinese Medicinal In Jilin Province

Objective: The establishment of the traceability system of Chinese herbal medicinal(CHMTS)is one of the important means to ensure the quality and safety of Chinese medicinal materials.This study based on summarize the research progress at home and abroad,analyze the current situation and existing problems of CHMTS,to understand the establishment of CHMTS in Jilin Province,so as to put forward the construction path of CHMTS in conformity with the actual situation of Jilin Province,and provide a research basis for the government and related downstream enterprise chains to build traceability system.Methods: This study uses the methods of field investigation,literature analysis,expert consultation and statistical analysis.Based on the research progress of Chinese herbal medicine traceability system,this paper analyzes the current situation of pilot construction of Chinese herbal medicine traceability system path in Jilin Province by using Sigma Plot12.5 and SPSS24.0 statistical analysis software,and puts forward the design and implementation methods of establishing Chinese herbal medicine traceability system path in Jilin Province.Results: Analysis shows that there are 8 pharmaceutical companies participating in the construction of CHMTS in Jilin Province.However,these pharmaceutical companies are in the initial stage of the construction of traceability system.Although they have established their own demonstration plantations,the downstream supporting system is incomplete,and there are still loopholes in planting technology,such as planting technology,regulatory means,and strategy of marketing and the control of big data.Moreover,the traceability system between upstream and downstream enterprises is not unified,it is difficult to supervise the linkage of downstream enterprise chains,it is difficult to implement traceability,and the traceability system is not promoted in place.It is difficult for functional departments to trace the source of Chinese herbal medicines in the whole enterprise chain.Based on the actual situation CHMTS in Jilin Province,this paper summarized the previous research results,and put forward the path to establish the CHMTS.A system of oversight established by the government is the most important path node for establish the CHMTS;Secondly,enterprise chains at all levels should combine their respective platforms to build enterprise platforms,including the construction of production base of CHMTS in Jilin Province,transportation and storage system,production and reprocessing of fresh Chinese medicine in Jilin Province,the construction of social and network marketing and of CHMTS in Jilin Province.In addition,it is also very important to guide and promote the innovative technology of traceability system.Functional departments should take the lead and meet the needs of enterprises according to the technical guidance of scientific research institutes.Thus,the path to establish the CHMTS in Jilin Province needs the cooperation of local government policies and enterprise chain management system,and at the same time,carry out systematic research with a variety of technologies.Conclusion: Currently,the researches on the CHMTS in Jilin Province was coexisted with achievements and problems.It is very urgent need for the government and pharmaceutical companies to develop management measures,and use various technologies improve the construction path of CHMTS on the premise of ensuring social stability.
