| Objective: Chronic non-atrophic gastritis belongs to the category of spleen and stomach diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.The spleen and stomach diseases are often deficient and stagnant.Based on the theory of "spleen-up and stomach-decrease",the treatment of CNAG spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome with Magnolia officinalis ginger and Banxia Gancao ginseng Sex and safety provide new ideas for clinical treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.Methods: Patients enrolled were from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Digestive Disease Clinics.And are consistent with chronic non-atrophic gastritis(Spleen qi stagnation)inclusion criteria.A total of 72 patients were included in this study,and 36 patients were treated and controlled.Grouping by Computer-generated Random Number Table.Ginger Pinellia Magnolia treatment group Licorice Ginseng Treated control group received Zhizhukuanzhong Capsule.Application of statistical software to analyze two groups of patients with symptoms,signs and other information.Results: Observation process,three patients in each group fall,so the treatment group and the control group completed the trial 33 cases.The total efficiency of the treatment group was 90.91 percent;Among them,5 cases recovered,accounting for 15.15%;17 cases,accounting for 51.52%;8 cases,accounting for 24.24%;3 cases,accounting for 9.1%.33 patients in the control group,Total effective rate is 84.84 per cent,In 2 cases,6.1 per cent;In 10 cases,30.33 per cent;In 16 cases,48.48 per cent;In five cases,15.15 per cent;After statistical analysis P<0.05,there was significant difference.It shows that the effect of the treatment group is better.Conclusion:Treatment Magnolia Ginger Pinellia Licorice Ginseng and Zhizhukuanzhong Treatment of Chronic non-atrophic gastritis(gas stagnation Spleen)can improve the clinical symptoms.Has an excellent therapeutic effect in the treatment of this disease. |
