| Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy and feasibility of Wusha Decoction in the treatment of this disease by observing children with gastric epigastric pain(eating stagnation syndrome)in the Pediatric Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,so as to comprehensively evaluate the treatment The curative effect provides a safe and effective treatment method for the clinical treatment of gastric pain in children.Methods: This study will strictly follow the inclusion and exclusion criteria.30 children with gastric epigastric pain(eating stagnation syndrome)in children will be included.Using random number table method,divided into two groups,Treatment group and control group,15 cases in the treatment group,15 cases in the control group,the treatment group was given Wusha Tang,Control group oral Weilexin granules,A course of 14 days,and 2 courses were observed.Compare the treatment effect before and after the two groups.Results: After analyzing the data of this experiment,the following results are obtained:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(p<0.05)..After treatment,both the experimental group and the control group can improve the symptoms of stomach pain,acid reflux,and stool odor,The experimental group has higher efficacy than the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion: Through comparative analysis,Wusha Decoction can reduce the TCM syndrome scores in the treatment of gastric epigastric pain in children(eating stagnation syndrome),Good clinical treatment effect. |
