Construction And Application Of Parenteral Nutrition Prescription Review Model

Objective:According to evidence-based medicine,the evaluation indexes of safety and rationality of parenteral nutrition are collected and completed in an all-round way,and the database of parenteral nutrition indicators is summarized and formed.On this basis,the model system of parenteral nutrition prescription audit is constructed by using information technology,which provides theoretical basis and method support for clinical development and application of the parenteral nutrition prescription audit system.Methods:Through Pub Med,Cochrane Library,CNKI and Wanfang database,the safety and rationality evaluation indexes of parenteral nutrition prescription were searched,and the knowledge base of safety and rationality evaluation indexes of parenteral nutrition prescription was formed.The above knowledge base was developed into a parenteral nutrition prescription audit model system by using information technology.Results:(1)Through the research of this subject,a knowledge base for the safety evaluation of parenteral nutrition has been established,including the TNA electrolyte compatibility index system table and the compatibility and contraindications of TNA users and disease medications.(2)Combining with the established knowledge base for evaluating the rationality of parenteral nutrition,this project created a TNA rational formula calculation procedure.(3)Develop the knowledge base to form a parenteral nutrition prescription review model system,relying on this system to realize automated and comprehensive parenteral nutrition prescription review.(4)The application of this system can quickly review TPN prescriptions,and the results show that the application of this system can indeed quickly and accurately discover the defects and deficiencies in TPN prescriptions.The results show that there are unreasonable phenomena in the use of 100 TPN prescriptions.Pharmacists should continue to strengthen the review of TPN components and ratios,electrolyte concentration and other indicators.At the same time,doctors should combine the specific conditions of the patient to formulate an individualized PN with the assistance of the review system.Conclusion:The establishment of the evaluation index knowledge base is the basis for the development of an information-based parenteral nutrition prescription review model system.The application of a well-structured PN information system can promote the precise and reasonable treatment of clinical parenteral nutrition and improve work efficiency.
