Qianyang Kou Chuang Decoction In The Treatment Of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer(Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Type) Clinical Efficacy Study

Objective: Through the clinical trial of randomized control,investigation analysis "Qianyang Kouchuang decoction " on recurrent Aviver ulcer(spleen and kidney yang deficiency type)patients syndrome efficacy,VAS score of ulcer pain and long-term recurrence rate,Its clinical practice and application promotion provide corresponding theoretical support.Method: Strictly implement the inclusion and exclusion standards of the test survey,72 patients who participated in the study,using random packets into treatment(Xiyang ostecetic group)group,control(Western iodine)group,36 patients in the treatment group "Qianyang Kouchuang decoction ",36 control groups oral " Xidi iodine buccal tablets ",the two sets of treatment is 10 d.Observing the change of ulcer pain score(VAS),TCM symptom scores;according to relevant statistical methods,based on the relevant statistical methods,improve its efficiency analysis and safety assessment,and through treatment At the end,the three-month regular visit visit to this,understand the changes and recurrence of the disease.Results:1.In this experimental study,2 cases of treatment group were detached,2 cases of control group,and finally 68 cases were completed.In terms of syndrome: " Qianyang Kouchuang decoction " group totaled(94.11%)significantly higher than the " Xidi iodine buccal tablet" group(76.47%),(p < 0.01).2.Comparison of Chinese Medicine Sisling: Compared to the two groups of cases before treatment,there is no significant difference(P> 0.05);after the course of treatment,the syndromes of the two groups have been reduced before,(P<0.01);and groups Comparison discovered that " Qianyang Kouchuang decoction " group was superior to the " Xidi iodine buccal tablet " group(P <0.01),which had statistical differences.3.Symptom single-item integral comparison: wherein the main disease of traditional Chinese medicine," Qianyang Kouchuang decoction " group and " Xidi iodine buccal tablet " group were equivalent(P> 0.05),and there was no statistical analysis difference;the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine " Qianyang Kouchuang decoction " group is preferred " Xidi iodine buccal tablet " group,(P<0.01),there were significant difference between the two groups.4.Comparison of ulcer pain index(Vas): There was no significant difference in the VAS scores before treatment between the two groups(P> 0.05),the VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than before(p< 0.05),and the scores of “Qianyang Kouchuang decoction”group were lower than that of “Xidi iodine buccal tablet”group,the intergroup comparison was statistically significant(p < 0.05).5.Comparison of relapse rate: " Qianyang Kouchuang decoction " group was 3.0% after 3months,9.0% after 6 months,the total recurrence rate was 12.0%;" Xidi iodine buccal tablet " group was 3 months later The recurrence rate is 11.5%.26.9% after 6 months,with a total recurrence rate of 38.4%;the long-term recurrence rate of the " Qianyang Kouchuang decoction " group was lower than that of “Xidi iodine buccal tablet”group,which was statistically significant(p< 0.05).6.Judgement of safety: The two groups have good safety,no serious adverse events such as side effects were observed during the treatment.Conclusion: the two methods of treatment of RAU can significantly improve oral ulcer,alleviate ulcer pain,both methods are safe and effective,no significant adverse reactions;However,Qianyang Kouchuang decoction can significantly improve the systemic symptoms and reduce the long-term recurrence rate.It is worthy of further clinical research and basic pharmacological analysis.
