ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of "Xiaoxingnao" acupuncture combined with warm needle moxibustion in the treatment of patients with qi and blood deficiency type posterior circulation ischemia with vertigo as the main symptom, and blood supply to the vertebral and basilar arteries,to provide acupuncture treatment for post-circulation ischemic vertigo Some ideas and methods.methodsAccording to the randomized control method,60 patients diagnosed with qi and blood deficiency type post-circulatory ischemic vertigo were divided into two groups,a control group and a treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group used "Xiaoxingnao" acupuncture combined with warm acupuncture, while the control group used acupuncture for dizziness and blood deficiency syndrome in the 13 th Five-Year Plan textbook "Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapeutics",once a day,1 for 7 days There are2 courses in total.By co mparing the scores of TCM syndromes,Dizziness handicap inventory(DHI),and transcranial doppler(TCD)detection and recording of basilar artery(BA),and right vertebral artery(RVA),left vertebral artery(LVA)average blood flow velocity and vascular pulsatility index changes, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared accordingly, and the safety evaluation of the entire treatment process was carried out.Results1.Before treatment, the comparison and analysis of the gender, age, severity, and course of the two groups of patients with qi and blood deficiency type posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were all comparable(all P>0.05).2.Comparison of clinical curative effect: The curative effect analysis of TCM syndromes shows that the effective rate of the treatment group is 93.33%,the effective rate of the control group is 90.00%,the curative effect index is compared,P=0.000,the curative effect of the treatment group is obvious;the curative effect analysis of the DHI scale, the treatment group and the control group The effective rates were 93.10% and 85.71%respectively.Compared with the treatment efficiency,P=0.001,the difference was prominent(P<0.05),and the treatment group had a higher curative effect.3.Comparison of TCM syndromes: The scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were compared before treatment,P=0.706,and there was basically no difference in the scoring results(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores were compared again,P=0.012,and the scores of the treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Comparing the syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment with those before treatment, the improvement was significant(all P<0.01).4.Comparison of DHI scores: Before treatment, the total DHI scores of the two groups were compared,P=0.769;the Physical(P),Emotional(E),and Functional(F)scores in the DHI scale were compared separately,DHI-P: P=0.737,DHI-E: P=0.315,DHI-F: P=0.857,the total score of DHI before treatment and the separate scores are comparable(all P>0.05).After treatment, the total DHI score was compared again,P=0.029;the three parts of the DHI scale were compared separately,DHI-P: P=0.032,DHI-E: P=0.030,DHI-F: P=0.022,DHI after treatment Compared with all scores,t he treatment group improved better than the control group(all P<0.05).All scores of DHI in the two groups were significantly reduced before and after treatment(all P<0.01).5.Comparison of TCD indicators: Before treatment, the average blood flow velocity(Vm)and vascular pulsatility index(PI)of BA,RVA and LVA between the two groups were compared.BA-Vm: P=0.484,RVA-Vm: P=0.498,LVA-Vm: P=0.667,BA-PI:P=0.438,RVA-PI: P=0.880,LVA-PI: P=0.614,suggesting that the two groups of TCD indicators are comparable before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment,TCD examination was performed again for comparison,BA-Vm: P=0.024,RVA-Vm: P=0.019,LVA-Vm:P=0.022,BA-PI: P=0.025,RVA-PI: P=0.021,LVA-PI: P=0.037,the improvement of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Compared with the TCD index group, the treatment group improved significantly(P<0.05);the average blood flow velocity of the left vertebral artery in the control group after treatment compared with before treatment,P=0.042,a significant improvement(P<0.05),and no significant changes in other indicators(P>0.05).conclusion1."Xiaoxingnao" acupuncture combined with warm need le moxibustion and ordinary acupuncture can alleviate the symptoms of ischemic vertigo after qi and blood deficiency, and improve the patient’s accompanying symptoms.2."Xiaoxingnao" acupuncture combined with warm needling moxibustion is superior to ordinary acupuncture in terms of clinical efficacy, symptom improvement, and blood supply to the vertebrobasilar artery.3.The "Xiaoxingnao" acupuncture method combined with warm needling moxibustion has the advantages of stable clinical efficacy and high sa fety in the treatment of post-circulation ischemic vertigo due to deficiency of qi and blood. It is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
