| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of(Theoriginalcollateralsandacupointsmethod)with original collaterals and acupoints on motor dysfunction of lower extremities in patients with apoplexy. Methods: Seventy-two patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment and control group, all of them were given basic medical treatment and rehabilitation treatment. The first group was treated for ordinary acupuncture, the second group was treated with original collaterals and acupoints acupuncture, thirty minutes each time, once one day,for a total of three weeks. Before and after treatment, the lower extremity free hand muscle strength rating,Brunnstrom rating scale staging and modified Barthel finger scale score were performed to compare the improvement of living ability and lower limb motor dysfunction between the two groups. Results: 1.Baseline comparison: the general conditions(age, stroke type, gender and course of disease, etc.)of each group were not statistically significant((49)> 0.05),so they were comparable.2.Results of grading comparison of bare hand muscle strength assessment: there was no tstatistical significance in muscle strength between the two groups before acupuncture treatment((49)> 0.05),but it was improved after acupuncture treatment((49)<0.05).The two acupuncture methods were effective, and the results were statistically significant((49)<0.05).The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that before treatment((49)<0.05).3.Brunnstrom rating scale:there was no significant difference in the staging of Brunnstrom rating scale between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the staging of Brunnstrom rating scale in both groups was higher than that before treatment, and therewas significant difference between the two groups after treatment((49)>0.05).Acupuncturetreatment was effective in both groups. After treatment, the comparison between the groups((49)<0.05),the comparison results were statistically significant, the curative effect of the experimental group was more significant.4.Modified Barthel finger scale score study results: There was no statistical significance in improved Barthel index between the two groups before acupuncture treatment((49)> 0.05),but after acupuncture treatment, the modified Barthel index score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the comparison after treatment was statistically significant((49)<0.05),that is,the two groups were significantly effective after treatment, while the comparison was also statistically significant((49)<0.05),and the curative effect of the experimental group was more obvious. Conclusion: The acupuncture treatment of original collaterals and acupoints can effectively improve the motor function of lower extremities and improve the ability of daily life of patients with apoplectic hemiplegia. |
