| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of low dose shakupacrovalsartan on elderly patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fractionMethods: Senile heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction who were hospitalized in Qingdao Municipal Hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method. In the experimental group,100 patients were treated with small dose of shakubactrevalsartan.Control group 95 patients were treated with perindopril; The clinical effect, cardiac function, renal function and blood pressure of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. All data in this study were analyzed by SPSS26.0 statistical software.Data types included measurement and enumeration data,of which measurement data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation((?)±s),and independent sample t-test was used for comparison between the two groups.Enumeration data were expressed as "%",and χ2 test was used for comparison of enumeration data between analysis groups.P<0.05 indicates statistical significance. Results: The experimental group and control group were treated with drugs for two weeks, the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 95%,higher than that of the control group(77.8%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).LVEF(45.45±3.67)%,LVEDD(56.26±3.35)mm and NT-pro BNP(1296.47±546.77)pg/ml in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group(37.62±3.64)%,LVEDD(57.82±3.43)mm and NT-PR OBNP(2329.13±677.06)pg/ml,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Serum creatinine(76.04±20.27)umol/L and blood urea nitrogen(5.74±3.70)mmol/L in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group(85.90±25.88)umol/L and blood urea nitrogen(7.82±3.43)mmol/L.The systolic blood pressure(110±12)mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure(63±8)mm Hg in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(123±16)mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure(68±11)mm Hg,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions: In this study, after the application of shakupactrvalsartan and perindopryl respectively,we found that small doses of shakupactrvalsartan were better than perindopryl in improving cardiac function, renal function and blood pressure in elderly patients with heart failure in a short period of time, improving the total clinical treatment rate and conducive to the prognosis of patients. |
