| Objective: This research is based on the theory of object relations.Taking nonsuicidal self-injury(NSSI)adolescent patients in the psychological counseling department of First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University as the research object to explore the clinical efficacy of Object Relations Family Therapy(ORFT)for nonsuicidal self-injury adolescents,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical promotion of Object Relations Family Therapy.Methods: In the psychological consultation clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University,100 adolescent patients with nonsuicidal self-injury who meet the criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each.The treatment group was given fluoxetine tablets and object relations family therapy,and the control group was given fluoxetine tablets and psychological education.The treatment time was set to 16 weeks.Take "Adolescent Self-Injury Questionnaire","Chinese Family Function Scale","Mental Health Diagnostic Test"(MHT)for score assessment.Before the intervention,scores were assessed and collected for the two groups respectively,and scores were again assessed and collected at the 4th,8th,12 th and 16 th weeks after the intervention.SPSS26.0software was used for statistical data analysis.Results: In this study,a total of 100 valid data were collected,including 50 cases in the treatment group and 50 cases in the control group.Before the intervention,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in terms of age and gender(P>0.05).(1)In the scores of the "Adolescent Self-Injury Questionnaire",the inter-group comparison: the scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly from the end of the 4th week and the end of the 8th week respectively(P<0.05);comparison among groups: from the end of the 8th week to the end of the 16 th week,the scores of the "Adolescent Self-Injury Questionnaire" in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)In the scores of the "Chinese Family Function Scale",the inter-group comparison: the scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly from the end of the 4th week and the end of the 8th week respectively(P<0.05);comparison among groups: From the end of the 12 th week to the end of the 16 th week,the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)In the scores of MHT,the inter-group comparison: the scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased significantly from the end of the 4th weekend and the end of the 8th week respectively(P<0.05);comparison among groups: from the end of the8 th week to the end of the 16 th week,the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(4)The reduction rate of the total score of the "Adolescent Self-Injury Questionnaire" was used to evaluate the clinical evaluation.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78%.There were significant differences in data(P<0.05).Conclusion: Object relations family therapy combined with fluoxetine can effectively reduce adolescents’ nonsuicidal self-injury behavior,and the effect is better than that of fluoxetine combined with psychology education patients;object relations family therapy can improve family function and improve the comprehensive mental health of adolescents. |
