Contradictory Thinking Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Its Application In Febrile Diseases

Objective: To explore the philosophical origin and theoretical connotation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)contradictory thinking method,and analyze the specific application of contradictory thinking in febrile diseases,so as to provide thinking enlightenment for the theory of febrile diseases and clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: 1.Consulting the literature of contradictory thinking;2.Combing the history of TCM contradictory thinking;3.Consulting the literature of febrile diseases;4.Discussing the specific application of TCM contradictory thinking in febrile diseases;5.Summarizing the inspiration of TCM contradictory thinking.Results: The source and analysis of TCM contradictory thinking methods were completed;the TCM contradictory thinking contained in the six aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,symptoms,tongue and pulse,treatment and prescription of febrile diseases were discussed,and the analysis was carried out combined with medical cases.Conclusion: The contradictory thinking of traditional Chinese medicine runs through the six aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,symptoms,tongue and pulse,treatment and prescription of febrile diseases,which has important guiding significance for theoretical research and clinical practice of TCM.
