| Objective To establish a rat model of yangming fu-viscus syndrome based on the changes of intestinal microecology, with obvious disease and syndrome characteristics and few interfering factors. Methods Three animal models of yangming fu-viscus syndrome commonly used in the literature were selected, and the quantitative indicators with the same significance as the syndrome characteristics were used for evaluation, and the ones with obvious syndrome characteristics were screened. The 16 s r RNA technology was used to analyze and screen the intestinal flora composition and abundance of the model. The feces of the screened model were transplanted into pseudo-sterile rats, and the changes of intestinal flora of the transplanted model were analyzed to evaluate its syndrome characteristics and pathological changes. Results The combined model of administration of hot Chinese medicine, intragastric administration of self-feces and injection of endotoxin had the typical characteristics of yangming fu-viscus syndrome. The intestinal flora of the model differed significantly from that of the blank control group, with the isocratic reduction of Lactobacillus and Bacteroides that were beneficial to the intestinal mucosa, and the isocratic increase of Clostridiales and Prevotella that damaged the intestinal mucosa. The changes of multiple intestinal microflora in the fecal bacteria transplantation model rats were consistent with the compound model, and had the typical characteristics and pathological changes of yangming fu-viscus syndrome. Conclusion The animal model with yangming fu-viscus syndrome established by fecal bacteria transplantation has obvious syndrome characteristics and is a good carrier for research on the nature of syndromes and drug intervention. |
