Analysis On Medication Rules And Experience Summary Of Director WANG Mingwu For Treatment Of Breast Cancer Based On Data Mining

Objective:This research is based on sorting out and analyzing the medication rules of WANG Mingwu in the treatment of breast cancer by the data mining technology of "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform v2.5".For exploring potential new prescriptions and summarizing his treatment experience,so as to provide a reference for the treatment of breast cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The data of 103 female breast cancer patients who were treated in the outpatient of WANG Mingwu,director of Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2018 to January 2021 were collected by recording prescriptions.The case data were summarized and sorted by Excel,and then the sorted case information was recorded into TCMISS V2.5 to establish a database with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics.Through the function of drug frequency statistics,prescription rules,and new prescription analysis,we can analyze the frequency,four nature of drugs and five flavors,channel tropism,drug pair combinations,core combinations and new prescription of breast cancer treatment by WANG Mingwu.And summarize his treatment experience at last.Results:A total of 103 cases were included in the study.The results are as follows.(1)There were 103 female breast cancer patients aged from 40 to 70 years old,of whom 98 had undergone surgery and 85 had received radiotherapy or chemotherapy.(2)The more frequent symptoms were fatigue,poor appetite,poor night sleep,constipation,dizziness,abdominal distension,dry mouth and so on.The more frequent symptoms include fatigue,poor appetite,insomnia,constipation,dizziness,abdominal distension,dry mouth and so on.(3)In the statistics of syndrome types,the top three were stagnation of liver qi(30.41%),deficiency of Qi and blood(27.03%)and spleen and stomach weakness(22.97%).(4)A total of 157 drugs were involved in the study,of which 58 drugs had a frequency of more than 7 times,with a cumulative utilization rate of 83.54%.The top 10 drugs in descending order are Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparate(4.25%),Atractylodis macrocephalae(3.58%),Angelica sinensis(3.51%),Radix Paeoniae Alba(3.43%),Fritillaria thunbergii(3.36%),Rhizoma Cyperi(2.99%),Rhizoma Curcumae(2.91%),Radix Bupleuri(2.84%),Fructus Aurantii Immaturus(2.84%),Poria(2.76%).These drugs can be divided into 13 categories according to the efficacy.The top 5 categories are tonic for deficiency(27.16%),qi-regulating drugs(14.33%),heat-clearing drugs(13.02%),blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs(11.26%),phlem-resolving drugs(10.07%).(5)In the statistics of channel tropism,the top three frequency of drug use were liver(21.06%),spleen(17.34%)and stomach(13.47%);in the statistical analysis of four Qi,the top three frequency of drug use were warm(39.42%),cold(31.73%)and calm(25.30%);in the statistical analysis of five flavors,the top three frequency of drug use were bitter(34.41%),sweet(30.34)and pungent(25.72%).(6)In the statistical analysis of drug pairs,there were 61 drug pairs with frequency greater than 25,involving 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The top 5 drug pairs are "Fritillaria thunbergii,Rhizoma Curcumae","Fritillaria thunbergii,Prunella Vulgaris","Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparate,Radix Paeoniae Alba","Prunella Vulgaris,Rhizoma Curcumae","Herba Hedyotis,Rhizoma Curcumae".The following 8 combinations’confidence degree reach 100%."Semen Vaccariae,Prunella Vulgaris->Fritillaria thunbergii";"Semen Vaccariae,Herba Hedyotis->Fritillaria thunbergii";"Semen Vaccariae,Rhizoma Curcumae->Fritillaria thunbergii";"Semen Vaccariae,Prunella Vulgaris->Herba Hedyotis";"Semen Vaccariae,Prunella Vulgaris,Herba Hedyotis->Fritillaria thunbergii";"Fritillaria thunbergii,Semen Vaccariae,Prunella Vulgaris->Herba Hedyotis";"Semen Vaccariae,Prunella Vulgaris->Fritillaria thunbergii,Herba Hedyotis";"Semen Vaccariae,Herba Hedyotis,Rhizoma Curcumae->Fritillaria thunbergii.(7)Through cluster analysis,six core combinations were obtained:Radix codonopsis-Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparate-Atractylodis macrocephalae,Indianbread with Pine-Radix Polygalae-Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Fructus Amomi-Semen Coicis-Herba Pogostemonis,Fritillaria thunbergii-Prunella Vulgaris-Radix Bupleuri,Rhizoma Corydalis-Cortex Albiziae-Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparate,Fructus Trichosanthis-Spina Gleditsiae-Fructus Akebiae-Duchesneae Herba.There are four potential new prescriptions:Radix codonopsis-Fructus Trichosanthis-Atractylodis macrocephalae-Fritillaria thunbergii;Fructus Trichosanthis-Fructus Akebiae-Atractylodis macrocephalae-Spina Gleditsiae-Duchesneae Herba;Fructus Amomi-Semen Coicis-Herba Pogostemonis-Radix Salviae-Fructus Lycii;Indianbread with Pine-RadixPolygalae-Semen Ziziphi Spinosae-Rhizoma Corydalis-Cortex Albiziae-Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparate.Conclusion:(1)It is concluded that Director Wang Mingwu’s treatment of breast cancer is mainly to strengthen the body and invigorate the deficiency,sooth the liver and strengthen the spleen,clear away heat and detoxify,resolving phlegm and dissipating mass.(2)For the treatment of breast cancer,Director Wang Mingwu attaches great importance to the comprehensive regulation of viscera,qi,blood,yin and yang.When formulating prescriptions and drugs,he pays more attention to combining the individual differences of patients and the differences in treatment stages,combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation,and has the "liver and spleen treatment at the same time","Enhancing efficiency and reducing toxicity","Detoxification and anti-cancer,and good use of medicines".
