| Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of thyroglobulin antibody in thyroid carcinoma.Methods:The databases including CNKI,VIP,Wangfang,Sinomed,Pub Med,Embase,Web of Science,and Cochrane Library were searched for the articles on thyroglobulin antibody in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer.The search time is limited to the establishment of the database until November 2020,and the documents were in Chinese and English.Literature was selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.After data extraction and literature quality assessment,Rev Man5.3,Meta Disc1.4,and Stata14.0 software were used for data analysis.Results:A total of 2001 documents were retrieved,69 of which met the research requirements and were finally included in the analysis,including 13 in English and 56 in Chinese.There were 13,438 cases in the case combination and 27,888 cases in the control combination.The heterogeneity test suggested that there was heterogeneity,so the random-effects model was selected for Meta-analysis.The analysis told that the sensitivity of thyroglobulin antibody was 0.31(95%CI:0.31-0.32),the specificity was0.83(95%CI:0.82-0.83),the positive likelihood ratio was 2.02(95%CI:1.78-2.28),the negative likelihood ratio was 0.83(95%CI:0.80-0.87),the diagnostic odds ratio was2.64(95%CI:2.24-3.11),the area under the summary receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.6308,and the Q index was 0.5989.Conclusion:Thyroglobulin antibody has a certain value in the clinical diagnosis of thyroid cancer with high specificity particularly. |
