Objective: To investigate the mental health status of pregnant women and explore the influencing factors of mental health during pregnancy.To understand the current situation of life events,social support and quality of life in pregnant women,and to analyze the relationship between life events,social support and quality of life and the mental health of pregnant women.Methods:According to the informed consent of the respondents,500 pregnant women who met the criteria of admission from June 2020 to September 2020 were selected from the medical center of women and children in xx city.The mental health status of pregnant women was investigated by means of self-designed general information questionnaire,symptom check list-90,life events scale,social support assessment scale and quality of life scale.Data statistics: use SPSS 26.0S data software analysis package for analysis.Average and standard deviation for quantitative data use The qualitative index is described statistically by rate.Chi-square test was used for classification variables,and then multi-factor Logistic regression analysis was carried out.Pearson correlation analysis is used for the correlation analysis of continuous variables in normal distribution,whereas spearman correlation analysis is used.P<0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant.Results :1.The results of the self-rating scale of psychological symptoms of pregnant women were compared with the domestic norm.The results showed that the other eight factors and total scores were statistically significant(P<0.05),among which somatization(1.54±0.37)and anxiety(1.48±0.41)were higher than the domestic norm,while the scores of forced symptoms,interpersonal relationships,depression,hostility,paranoia,psychosis and score were lower than domestic norm.2.Socio-demographic data on the mental health of women during pregnancy and obstetric care include: age,family monthly income,pregnancy,history of abortion,planned pregnancy,mode of pregnancy,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After multivariate regression analysis,the monthly income of the family <4000 yuan(OR=0.356,95%CI:0.149-0.849,P<0.05)and planned pregnancy(OR=0.270,95%CI:0.157-0.462,P<0.05)the protective factor of female mental health during pregnancy,History of abortion(OR=2.069,95%CI:1.006-4.256,P<0.05)and artificial assisted pregnancy(OR=4.273,95%CI:2.102-8.686,P<0.05)are risk factors for women’s mental health during pregnancy.3.The negative life event score,total life event score were positively related between factors and total scores in the symptom self-evaluation scale(r> 0,P <0.05).4.There is a negative correlation between the subjective factor score,Support Utilization,and Social Support total score(r <0,P<0.05),a negative correlation between three factors scores,including forced symptom,relationships,paranoia,and objective support(r <0,P <0.05).5.The quality of life of women during pregnancy has a negative correlation with each factor score and total score(r <0,P <0.05).Conclusion: Pregnant women are prone to various psychological problems,especially somatization and anxiety.Attention should be paid to some demographic data and obstetrical characteristics,which will affect the mental health of pregnant women.Attention should be paid to high-income,unplanned pregnancy,abortion history and assisted pregnancy,early obstetrical and psychological health education,timely identification of their mental health problems,and corresponding psychological intervention.Life events,social support and quality of life can affect the mental health of pregnancy.Improving the mental health intervention of pregnant women can enhance pregnant women by reducing negative life events Social support,improving the subjective feeling of social support and the utilization of social support,improving the quality of life and other ways to promote the mental health of pregnant women. |
