Objective:This study is aimed at adolescent pseudomyopia.By treating adolescent pseudomyopia with ordinary needling method and penetration needling method,to observe the improvement of adolescent pseudomyopia and evaluate the clinical effect of penetration needling method in the treatment of adolescent pseudomyopia,so as to provide reference for effective treatment of pseudomyopia. Methods:In this study, the included subjects were all adolescents,a total of 60 cases, and they were all patients with pseudomyopia. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated by penetration acupuncture and the control group was treated by conventional acupuncture..The treatment time is 2 times a week for a total of two months.16 times totally. The curative effects of the patients were evaluated before the beginning, after the end of the treatment, and 60 days after the end of the treatment. There are two specific indicators, one is the patient’s naked vision, and the other is the refractive power before and after mydriasis. Then, analyze the relevant data and draw conclusions.Results:①Uncorrected visual acuity:Comparison between groups:Before treatment, the distance visual acuity of the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment, the distance visual acuity of both improved, and the difference between the groups was not significant(P>0.05);after the treatment was completed In the 60 days, the distance visual acuity of the two groups of patients declined.Compared with the conventional treatment, the penetrating acupuncture method had a relatively small decrease(P<0.05).Comparison within the group:the distance visual acuity was significantly improved after stopping the treatment and 2 months after the termination of the course of treatment, and there was a significant difference(P<0.01).②Diopter:Before mydriasis:Comparison between groups:Before treatment, the diopter data of the two groups of patients were homogeneous and comparable(P>0.05).After the treatment, the diopter of the two groups of patients declined to a certain extent, but the difference between the groups was not significant(P>0.05);When 60 days after the treatment was completed, the diopters of the two groups of patients were tested, and it was found that both groups had increased compared with that at the end of the treatment, but the increase in the control group was slightly greater than that in the treatment group, and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Comparison within the group:After the two groups of patients received the treatment, the refractive power of the patients was significantly lower than that before the treatment(P<0.01),that is,both therapies can reduce the patient’s refractive power. After mydriasis:Comparison between groups:Before receiving treatment.the diopter data of the two groups of patients were homogeneous(P>0.05)and comparable;when the treatment was completed and 60 days later, the diopters of the two groups were tested and found to be no significant There was no statistical difference between groups(P>0.05).Intra-group comparison:The diopters of the two groups did not change significantly after the completion of the treatment and 60 days later(P>0.05).③Therapeutic effect:After the completion of the treatment, the total effective rate difference between the two groups was not significant. It can be seen that the two treatments are effective, and the difference in effect is not significant(P>0.05).At 60 days after the completion of the treatment, the two groups of patients were able to observe significant curative effects, and the total effective rate was not significantly different(P>0.05).At the same time, the total effective rate of the two groups was similar in degree of reduction; The cure rate and significant efficiency of the control group decreased more. The curative effect was maintained well of the treatment group.Conclusion:①In short term, penetration needling method and ordinary needling method both can improve adolescent vision and have similar effects on improving uncorrected visual acuity in adolescents.②The long-term effect of penetration needling method is better than ordinary needling method in the treatment of adolescent pseudomyopia. |
