| Objective:To observe the application value of nano-carbon combined with methylene blue tracing method in sentinel lymph node biopsy of breast cancer,in order to provide clinical reference.Methods:Two hundred and thirty-four breast cancer patients diagnosed by breast tumor biopsy or puncture pathology in our hospital from May 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into three groups with 78 cases in each group,namely the combined group,the methylene blue group and the nano-carbon group.Three groups of patients were treated with breast cancer sentinel lymph node biopsy using nano-carbon combined with methylene blue tracing method,pure methylene blue tracing method and pure nano-carbon tracing method.The detection of sentinel lymph nodes in the three groups were observed and recorded and the data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0.Results:1)Comparison of the general conditions of the three groups:there was no statistical difference in age,BMI,menopause,tumor location,T stage,ER negative/positive,PR negative/positive,HER-2 negative/positive,tumor quadrant,operation and pathological type among the three groups(P>0.05);2)Comparison of sentinel lymph node detection results in three groups:There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate,sensitivity,false-negative rate,and accuracy of the three groups(P>0.05);the difference in the average number of sentinel lymph nodes and the average number of positive sentinel lymph nodes in the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average number of sentinel lymph nodes and positive sentinel lymph nodes in the combined group were higher than those in the methylene blue group and the nanocarbon group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3)Factors affecting the detection rate of sentinel lymph nodes in the combined group:there was no statistically significant difference in sentinel lymph node detection rate in the combined group in terms of age,BMI,menopause,tumor location,T stage,ER negative/positive,PR negative/positive,HER-2 negative/positive,tumor quadrant,operation type and pathological type(P>0.05).4)Factors affecting the detection rate of sentinel lymph nodes in the methylene blue group:in the methylene blue group,the detection rate of sentinel lymph nodes in patients of different age,BMI and pathological types had statistical significance(P<0.05);in other aspects,the detection rate of sentinel lymph nodes had no statistical significance(P>0.05).5)Factors affecting the detection rate of sentinel lymph node in nano-carbon group:in the nano carbon group,the detection rate of sentinel lymph nodes in different age groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the detection rate of sentinel lymph nodes in other aspects of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05).6)The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the methylene blue group and the nano carbon group.Conclusion:The average number of sentinel lymph nodes and the average number of positive sentinel lymph nodes detected by nano-carbon combined with methylene blue tracing method are higher than those of pure methylene blue tracing method and nano-carbon tracing method,and the detection rate is independent of age,BMI,menopause,tumor location,T stage,ER negative/positive,PR negative/positive,HER-2 negative/positive,tumor quadrant,surgical procedure and pathological type,etc.,and adverse reactions are relatively few.The application of nano-carbon combined with methylene blue tracing method for breast cancer sentinel lymph node biopsy has obvious advantages in the number of detections and is worthy of clinical application. |
