| Purpose:To understand the current situation of general practitioners training in Yanbian Prefecture,and to explore the training methods of cultivating the comprehensive quality of general practitioners.Method:By means of self-developed questionnaire,we investigated the basic general practitioners in 8 county-level administrative districts of Yanbian Prefecture,including basic information,training situation,evaluation of the effect of training on practice level and work,theoretical knowledge and training methods,health management and public health skills training.The method that we used is general descriptive statistics,Mann-Whitney(u)test,chi-square test and the difference was statistical significance.(P<0.05)Results:1.Most of participated in the training were male,and had a certain length of service,but still had a junior title and lower academic qualifications and monthly income.There were significant statistical differences between the planning group and the transfer group at the place of work.(P<0.05)2.There were significant differences in training mode and mode between regular training group and Transfer Group(P<0.05);3.There was a significant difference in the effect evaluation between the training group and the Transfer Group(P<0.05).4.There were significant differences in the training needs and training methods between the training group and the Transfer Group(P<0.05).5.The top three requirements of the staff in the training group and the transfer group in the knowledge of health management skills were the basic concepts and strategies of health management for the elderly,health management for patients with chronic diseases,and health management,while the rest were ranked differently.6.The top three of the requirements of the staff in public health skills were general practice diagnosis and treatment technology and general practice concept of 18 basic public health project workflow and methods,basic knowledge of preventive medicine,the rest of the orders were different.Conclusion:1.Most general practitioners at the grass-roots level was male,with a certain number of years of work and low monthly income and low educati on background.2.There were differences between the working units,training mode and training effect evaluation groups of the training group and the post transfer group3.trainers had needs in the theoretical knowledge of frequently-occurring diseases and emergency medicine,and in health management and public health skills. |
