[Objective]To explore the application effect of the continuous nursing model based on Peplau’s interpersonal relationship theory in edentulous patients,in order to satify the growing oral health care needs of patients and enhance personalized oral care interventions.It can provide theoretical and practical guidance for clinical care,and for the purpose of sexuality,patient satisfaction and medical experience.[Methods]A prospective randomized controlled trial was performed in 88 patients with dentition who met the inclusion criteria using a computer generated random number,with the mantissa number as the control group(n=44)and the mantissa double number as the experimental group(n=44).The control group provided routine care according to the postoperative needs of patients with edentulous dysplasia,including postoperative health education,condition observation and symptom treatment,and according to the doctor’s advice,the application of drug guidance,diet care;the experimental group based on the control group based on interpersonal relationship The theory of continuous care model intervention.The immediate establishment of the dentition missing immediate repair intervention group:the core members of the group consist of more than 5 years of implant doctors and clinical nurses.In the early stage,through the evaluation and confirmation of problems,we developed a patient-centered personalized nursing plan,and provided corresponding nursing services at different stages.From the first time when nurses received patients to now,they have continued to provide oral care guidance for patients,and carried out self-care ability evaluation(with ESCA evaluation of self-care ability measurement scale),and carried out oral care for patients at the final restoration of dentures Objective and subjective evaluation of health status(assessed by ohip-i scale),whole mouth satisfaction,nursing satisfaction and other indicators.Independent sample t-test was used to compare the differences between the two groups in the above indicators.[Results]1 Baseline data of two groups of patients:gender,age,ethnicity,education level,frequency of brushing,time of brushing each time,preoperative self-care ability assessment(ESCA),Ohip-I scale and full denture satisfaction There were 10 items in total,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.2 Self-care ability measurement(ESCA),complete denture satisfaction,and Ohip-I score comparison between the two groups:comparison between groups:the full-mouth satisfaction score and the Ohip-I score between the two groups after nursing intervention Statistical significance(P<0.05).3 Comparison of adverse effects of Ohip-Ⅰ items in the two groups:comparison between groups:analysis of the negative effects experienced in each group of patients,the item "5,6,9,10,11,12" for the two groups of patients The negative impact was statistically significant(P<0.05),that is,"false teeth are not suitable(wearing unstable,eating is not working)","apparent pain in the mouth","avoid eating certain foods","affecting The mood is"uncomfortable in front of others",and the control group is more negatively affected than the experimental group.[Conclusion]The continuous nursing model based on Peplau’s interpersonal relationship theory can effectively promote the oral health of patients,improve their quality of life and meet the social needs of patients.And can effectively improve the patient’s full denture satisfaction and care satisfaction.
