Research On The Construction Of Nurse Training System Of "Internet+Nursing Service" Based On Social Demand

[Objective]Understand the public demand for "Internet+care services" and expectations of nurses ability,nursing administrators and nurses "Internet+care" attitude and training needs,build index system of nurse training "Internet+nursing service",to "Internet+care services"standardized training,reasonable nursing manpower allocation and nursing safety.[Method]1.In the form of Questionnaire Star,stratified sampling method was adopted to investigate the public in 13 cities of Jiangsu Province.The self-made "Internet+nursing service" social demand questionnaire was adopted to understand the public’s demand for "Internet+nursing service" and expectations on nurses’ ability.2.In the form of questionnaire star,using stratified sampling survey method,investigation of 13 cities in jiangsu province nursing administrators and nurses,the homemade "Internet+care services" nursing managers questionnaire and nurse "Internet+care service"training needs survey,understand the nursing administrators and nurses on "Internet+care services" cognition,attitude and related training needs.3.Using the method of literature review and group discussions,preliminary build based on the needs of society "Internet+care services" nurse training system,using the method of Delphi expert enquiry,selection of jiangsu province within the scope of nursing management,clinical nursing and nursing education 32 experts 2 rounds of enquiry,determine the index weight,build"Internet+care services" nurse training system.[Results]1.Survey results of social demand for "Internet+Nursing Service":Only 50.76%of the public know about "Internet+nursing service",57.35%think it is necessary to carry out"Internet+nursing service",76.57%hope that nurses come from public hospitals,90.48%think that the hospital level of nurses should be taken into account,and 39.29%hope that the out-patient fee is 100-200 yuan.The public’s demand for nursing projects is focused on basic nursing projects,and more than 90%of people think that a tripartite evaluation system should be established.2.Survey on the training needs of "Internet+nursing service":80.11%of nursing managers and 55.36%of nurses know about "Internet+nursing service",and 81.78%of nursing managers and 55.75%of nurses think it is necessary to develop "Internet+nursing service".84.40%of nursing managers are willing to support nurses to provide"Internet+nursing services" in their spare time,but they are worried about the safety of nurses.49.08%of nurses are unwilling to provide "Internet+nursing services",mainly because of lack of time and concern about safety.More than 87%of nursing managers and nurses believe that the source of nurses should consider the level of hospitals,and the lower the level of hospitals,the higher the requirements for nurses’ qualifications.Ninety percent of nursing managers and more than 80 percent of nurses believe that they need to receive training on service procedures,operational procedures and relevant laws and regulations.Nursing managers and nurses tend to spend 201-300 yuan on out-patient fees,and the proportion of nurses" remuneration is 50%-60%.Nursing managers and nurses think feasible nursing projects focus on basic nursing projects.More than 90%of nursing managers and nurses think it is necessary to establish a tripartite evaluation system,and nurses still have insufficient ability to apply the platform.3.Research results of "Internet+Nursing Service" nurse training system:In this study,32 experts were included in 2 rounds of expert letter consultation,and the questionnaire recovery rates were 100%and 93.75%,respectively.The expert authority coefficient was 0.880,and the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.203 and 0.136.The final "Internet+nursing service"nurse training system included 5 first-level indicators:Access standards,training objectives,training methods,training content and examination content,22 secondary indexes,41 three-level indicators,81 index level 4,the content covers the overview "Internet+nursing service",the nurse diathesis,laws and regulations,care environment,emergency treatment,supervision,quality control,charging standard,nursing security,platform and a series of training content.[Conclusion]1."Internet+Nursing Service" has low social awareness and high demand,so it is necessary to carry out "Internet+Nursing Service".The public has high expectations for nurses’qualifications,and there are demands for medical insurance reimbursement,service safety,service evaluation and other aspects.The required nursing care is focused on basic nursing projects.This study provides objective basis for relevant departments of "Internet+Nursing Service" to formulate policies.2.The nurse to "Internet+care services" popularity is low,the nursing administrators and nurses are to "Internet+care services" security,platform use,care the price there are concerns,such as the service process,operation process matters needing attention,laws,regulations and rules and regulations,such as training demand degree is high,can provide a reference for later management system,training plan formulation.3.The "Internet+nursing service" nurse training system based on social needs is quantified,reasonably structured,practical and scientific,which can provide reference for nursing managers to train "Internet+nursing service"nurses in the later stage and fill the gap in the development of "Internet+nursing service".
