| Objective:This study focused on patients with advanced colorectal cancer,combined with Jianpi Huayu prescription on the basis of cetuximab and FOLFIRI regimen,by using randomized controlled trial,the researcher can record changes in various indicators of the treatment group and the control group including:tumor objective curative effect,tumor markers,TCM syndrome curative effect score,the score of KPS and safety index(blood routine,liver and kidney function,adverse reactions),and analyse the preliminary advantage of Jianpi Huayu prescription in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2021,patients with IV stage colorectal cancer who attended the Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine and Jiangsu Cancer Hospital were collected into this study at random.The researcher divided 60 patients who match the inclusion criteria into the control group and the treatment group at random to make sure that each of these groups has 30 cases.Cases in the treatment group were treated with Jianpi Huayu prescription combined with Cetuximab and FOLFIRI chemotherapy,in the meantime cases in the control group were treated with only Cetuximab and FOLFIRI chemotherapy.In the process of research,various indicators of before and after treatment were recorded,which includes the size of the lesion,tumor markers,TCM syndrome score,the score of KPS,adverse reactions of two groups of patients.By relying on SPSS 22.0 statistical software,the researcher can analyse the recorded data.Results:1.In respect of recent tumor objective curative effect:After treatment,not only the ORR(20.00%)but the DCR(73.33%)of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,but no statistical difference was found in the two groups(All P>0.05).2.In respect of tumor markers:In terms of comparison within groups,decreases were both found in the levels of CEA and CA199 between the two groups(the control group and the treatment group),and the data has statistical difference(All P<0.05).In terms of comparison among groups,both the CEA value and CA199 value of the treatment group was slightly lower,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.In respect of TCM syndrome scores:In terms of total effective rate,the control group has the lower level than the treatment group,which means that the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,there has been a falling-off in the scores of fatigue,lack of appetite,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,and the difference was significant in statistics(P<0.05).In comparison among groups,the scores of lack of appetite and diarrhea after treatment in the treatment group were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the score of fatigue was P<0.01 comparing the control group,which was obviously statistically significant.4.In respect of KPS score:After receiving treatment,the value of the treatment group increased obviously,which was statistically significant(P<0.01).Although the value of the control group improved,it was not significant in statistics(P>0.05).There is an obvious increasing trend of the KPS scores in the treatment group comparing the control group,in addition the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.In respect of toxic and side effects and safety indicators:In this study,no deadly adverse safety events occurred in the two groups.The incidence of diarrhea and rash in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group,which has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.As one of the integrated Chinese and Western medicines therapy,comparing the simple treatment of Cetuximab and FOLFIRI chemotherapy,the treatment of Jianpi Huayu prescription combined with Cetuximab and FOLFIRI chemotherapy can relieve the TCM syndromes.It can also improve the score of KPS,and partly improve the clinical objective curative effect.2.Jianpi Huayu prescription can reduce the adverse reactions of diarrhea and rash in the treatment process which indicates a better safety. |
