Clinical Observation Of Xuanfei Tongqiao Acupuncture Therapy Combined With Self-blood Acupoint Injection In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis And Its Impact On Intestinal Microflora

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuanfei Tongqiao acupuncture therapy combined with self-blood acupoint injection in the treatment of allergicrhinitis,and to explore the impact on the diversity of intestinal flora.Methods:60 Patients with AR who met the inclusion criteria were divided into acupuncture group(A group)and control group(C group)by random number table method.Finally,there are 30 patients in each group.A group was treated with Xuanfei Tongqiao acupuncture therapy combined with ST36 self-blood acupoint injection.The acupoints of Xuanfei Tongqiao therapy consists of EX-HN8,GB20,L14,LI20,EX-HN3,ST36,LU7.And 3 times a week was performed for 4 weeks.Self-blood acupoint injection was performed for once a week for 4 weeks.C group was given Loratadine tablet,10mg once a day,for 4weeks.Allergic rhinitis symptoms score,physical sign score,VAS,TNSS,RQLQ score were observed.The diversity of intestinal flora was detected by 16S rDNA high throughput sequencing.Results:1.Comparison of efficacyAfter treatment,the total effective rate of A group was 96.30%,higher than 86.21%of the C group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The symptoms score,physical sign score,TNSS,TNNSS,VAS and RQLQ scores in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),but the improvement of A group was significantly better than that of C group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 months after treatment,the total effective rate of A group was 85.19%,higher than 51.72%of the C group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Comparison of intestinal flora diversityIn terms of the total number of OUT,Observed species index and Shannon index,A group had the highest value,and the diversity and richness of flora in the A group were higher than those in C group.It is suggested that acupuncture can improve the biodiversity of intestinal flora and species richness of AR patients.Conclusion:Both therapys can improve the symptoms and life quality of AR patients.Acupuncture therapy has higher efficacy and can improve the diversity of intestinal flora.The long-term efficacy of acupuncture therapy is considerable,which may be related to the improvement of intestinal flora diversity.
