| ObjectiveThis paper aims to observe the effect of wheat-grain moxibustion at "Shenshu" and"Guanyuan" points on decidualization and uterin natural killer cells in rats with thin endometrium,and to explore the possible mechanism of grain moxibustion in promoting embryo implantation in rats with thin endometrium.MethodsForty-two healthy SPF female SD rats with normal estrous cycle were divided by random number table method into normal group,model group and wheat-grain moxibustion group with 14 rats in each group.The thin endometrium model was established during estrous period by intrauterine perfusion with 95%ethanol.The wheat-grain moxibustion group was treated with wheat-grain moxibustion at "Shenshu"(BL 23)and "Guanyuan"(CV 4)points the following day,7 moxa once for each point,once a day,stopped treatment and mated after three estrous cycles,and collected on the 5th day of pregnancy,the endometrium thickness,the number of blood vessels and gland were observed by HE;the proportion of natural killer cells in uterus was detected by flow cytometry;The gene expression of insulin-like growth factor binding protein(IGFBP-1)、Interferon(INF-γ)、Tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)、Transforming growth factor(TGF-β)Interleukin(IL-10、IL-4)gene expression of cytokines secreted by uterine natural killer cells was detected by qPCR.ConclusionGrain moxibustion can improve the degree of thin endometrial decidualization,and its possible mechanism is through affecting the cytokines secreted by natural killer cells of the uterus. |
