Study On The Correlation Between The History Of Pelvic Surgery And The TCM Syndrome Type,Degree And Type Of Pelvic Floor Relaxation Constipation

Objective:Collection of 40 cases of patients with pelvic floor relaxation type constipation,divided into has a history of pelvic surgery(uterus and its appendix surgery)and there is no history of pelvic surgery two groups,20 cases,compared two groups of patients with TCM syndrome type and severity of constipation,determination of the anorectal pressure and defecation angiography revealed differences in results,explore the pelvic surgery and pelvic floor relaxation type constipation of syndrome type,degree and type of correlation.Methods:from October 2019 to January 2021 in nanjing hospital anorectal outpatient clinic of the pelvic floor relaxation type constipation patients,by TCM four diagnosis,the anus dre,questionnaire investigation,determination of the anorectal pressure and defecation contrast examination,selection of 40 patients were eligible for the group,will have a history of pelvic surgery patients as experimental group,there can be no history of pelvic surgery patients as control group,patients collected questionnaires and test results,respectively in the two groups patients with TCM syndrome type classification,statistical results in both groups and card type differences,investigate whether pelvic surgery and pelvic floor relaxation type constipation.Results:(1)The age,BMI and fertility history of the patients were examined,and P>0.05 showed no statistical significance,indicating that there was no difference in age,BMI and fertility history between the two groups.(2)Chi-square test was performed for TCM syndromes of patients in the two groups,and P>0.05 showed no statistical significance,indicating that there was no significant difference in TCM syndromes between the two groups.(3)The t-test was used to compare the scores of the two groups of patients with the degree of qi deficiency.The test showed that t=2.952,P=0.0058(P<0.01),which was statistically significant,indicating that there was a significant difference in the scores of the two groups.(4)The t test was used to compare the results of resting pressure of anal canal between the two groups.The t test showed that t=2.691,P=0.011(P<0.05),which was statistically significant,indicating that the results of resting pressure of anal canal between the two groups were different.(5)The t-test was used to compare the results of the maximum anal canal systolic blood pressure in the two groups.The test showed that t=2.23,P=0.032(P<0.05),which was statistically significant,indicating that the results of the maximum anal canal systolic blood pressure in the two groups were different.(6)Anal diastolic blood pressure was compared between the two groups using t test,t=1.493,P=0.591(P>0.05),which showed no statistical significance,indicating that there was no significant difference in the results of anal diastolic blood pressure between the two groups.(7)The comparison of rectal defecation pressure between the two groups was conducted by t test,which was statistically significant after t=2.102,P=0.042(P<0.05),indicating that the results of rectal defecation pressure in the two groups were different.(8)T test was used to compare the length of rectum protrusion between the two groups,t=-2.472,P=0.018(P<0.05),which was statistically significant,indicating that there was a difference in the length of rectum protrusion between the two groups.(9)The t-test was used to compare the scores of constipation severity between the two groups.The test showed that t=3.501,P=0.012(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.(10)Chi-square test was performed for the types of pelvic floor relaxation constipation in the two groups,and the P>0.05 showed no statistical significance,indicating that there was no significant difference in the types of pelvic floor relaxation constipation in the two groups.Conclusion:Through the result of the degree of two groups of patients with deficiency of grading,the anorectal pressure determination results,defecation imaging results,the statistical analysis of constipation severity score,history of pelvic surgery and pelvic floor relaxation type constipation of syndrome type no correlation,but the degree of patients with a history of pelvic surgery can aggravate the deficit,history of pelvic surgery associated with the severity of the pelvic floor relaxation type constipation,pelvic surgery cause pelvic floor relaxation type constipation worse.This study did not find the correlation between the history of pelvic surgery and the types of pelvic floor relaxation constipation,which needs further study.The results of this study further confirm the scientific nature of "integral theory",and prompt us to be in clinical work,we should pay attention to the integrity of pelvic cavity.It also suggests that we need to have the concept of "cure the disease" and prevent the disease in advance before it appears,so as to reduce the probability of women suffering from pelvic floor flabby constipation and improve the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly women.
