The Study Of The Relieving Fleshy Exterior Therapy With Chinese Herbaceous Peony

ObjectiveBy studying the classics about traditional Chinese medicine during Han-Tang period,professor Xu Jiadong put forward the view that Yin-method relieve fleshy exterior and Yang-method refill arteries and veins.This study summarized professor Xu Jiadong’s understanding of muscle peony solution method,we conducted a retrospective study of case data and applied modern data mining methods,in order to explore the clinical application of the relieving fleshy exterior therapy.MethodsBased on different data mining methods,a retrospective analysis of the application of the relieving fleshy exterior therapy with Chinese herbaceous peony by professor Xu Jiadong in this study was conducted in a total of 252 patients.The frequency analysis and golden section method were used to obtain the age and traditional Chinese medicine disease of the relieving fleshy exterior therapy with Chinese herbaceous peony by professor Xu Jiadong.to explore syndrome differentiation thought and characteristics of compatibility,muscle and the clinical application of professor Xu Jiadong classical classics party peony solution method.ResultsIn the process of sorting out the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine before Han and Tang Dynasties,as well as the publications and related handouts of professor Xu and his academic team,this paper traces back to the theoretical connotation of the classical formular and classics system,and based on professor Xu’s clinical case database,carries out data frequency and cluster analysis on the clinical case data of using the method of resolving muscles with peony.The research results showed that:1.Paeonia lactiflora muscle relieving method is mostly used for patients aged 20-40 years,and there is little difference in gender distribution between men and women as a whole,with slightly more female patients than male patients.2.Paeonia lactiflora muscle-resolving method mainly treats a wide range of TCM diseases,involving various system diseases,mainly including heart system diseases,dermatology diseases,qi,blood,body fluid diseases,lung system diseases and limb meridian diseases,etc.,and most of them are superficial diseases with insufficient body fluid or unfavorable cloth delivery.3.The main symptoms of Paeonia lactiflora muscle resolving method include:Self-sweating,dry mouth,MUBI,aversion to cold,nocturia,loose stools,soreness,cold in the abdomen,difficulty in sleeping,sweating from eating heat,muscle pain,easy awakening from sleep,increased stool frequency,sweating from moving,aversion to heat,numbness of hands and feet,muscle irritation,night sweat,skin numbness,memory loss,joint pain,cold hands and feet,etc.Secondary symptoms include:Headache,chest tightness,runny nose,thirst and polydipsia,palpitation,thirst and polydipsia,loose stools,itchy skin,reduced stool frequency,severe pain,bowel sounds,color spots,short yellow urine,abdominal pain,rash,acid reflux,nasal congestion,belching,distending pain,dizziness,bitter taste,abdominal distention,loss of appetite and low back pain.4.Based on cluster analysis,the main syndromes of resolving muscle of Paeonia lactiflora can be divided into four categories.In the first category,the syndrome of internal water is obvious,and at the same time,there are epitopes with insufficient body fluid to apply and nourish;The second type of pathogenesis is mainly the loss of body fluid and the accumulation of deficiency heat.The body fluid can not be nourished,and the power of moistening and descending is also reduced.The internal position or water drinking,or hot fire rushing to the exterior,adds to the urgent suffering of the exterior position;In the third category,the image of disharmony of the upper focal epitope is always inseparable from Wei Qiang,but the body fluid is condensed on the surface,and the condensation can not be scattered;The core pathogenesis of the fourth kind of symptoms lies in the deficiency of body fluid outside the Wei,the loose and leaked yin,and the unfavorable and internal stagnation of body fluid in the inner position.5.Professor Xu applied Paeonia lactiflora muscle-resolving method in clinical practice,which was mostly prescribed in the form of Paeonia lactiflora combined with cassia twig as blood medicine,ephedra as exterior water medicine,ginger as interior water medicine,and immature bitter orange as qi medicine,among which Paeonia lactiflora combined with cassia twig was mainly used to treat deficiency and heat of Jin,and the pathogenesis of cold and heat was also present on exterior,such as Qianjin Guizhi Zhupi Huangqin Decoction.Paeonia lactiflora combined with ginger is mainly used to treat deficiency heat of Jin deficiency.There are both pathogenesis aspects of drinking in the stomach and benefiting in the stomach,such as Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi plus Banxia Ginger Decoction;Paeonia lactiflora combined with Ephedra sinica has both pathogenic aspects of exterior heat and exterior drink,such as Qianjin Yindan Jieji Decoction.Paeonia suffruticosa combined with Fructus Aurantii Immaturus can treat fluid deficiency,water heat or dryness,and the pathogenesis mainly consists of fluid deficiency,such as Paipus Sanggai Decoction.ConclusionGenerally speaking,Peony muscle hydrolytic method mainly deals with superficial diseases such as insufficient body fluid or unfavorable distribution.In terms of symptoms,the application of Peony muscle hydrolytic method can not be separated from the core pathogenesis of deficiency of body fluid in treating syndrome,which can spread to six dimensions of qi,blood,water,fire,exterior and interior,and it always belongs to the same disease with exterior syndrome,fire syndrome,water syndrome and blood syndrome.In terms of prescription,chinese herbaceous peony,ginger,Cinnamomum cassia twig,licorice root and honey-fried licorice root are the main drugs.In the actual clinical application of Peony muscle hydrolytic method,the compatibility of medicines in the prescriptions often contains yindan and yangdan,which is often prescribed respectively in the form of Paeonia lactiflora with blood medicine cassia twig,exterior water medicine ephedra,interior water medicine ginger,and qi medicine Fructus Aurantii Immaturus.
