| Objective: To explore the research trends of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in stem cell therapy for ischemic heart disease,and to investigate the differentiation mechanism of active principle region of Yangxing Tongmai Formula(appr-YTF)in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)of rats with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)at the level of micro RNAs based on the previous research on differentiation mechanisms of BMSCs.Methods: 1.Papers were collected from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Pubmed,Web of Science(WOS)databases,Bicomb,SPSS and other softwares were used to take statistical analysis and bibliometric analysis.2.BMSCs were extracted from AMI rats.Experimental group was cultured with apr-YTF-containing AMI serum while control group only added AMI serum.Microarray was used to detecte micro RNAs expression,then bioinformatics was used to predict target genes and analyze functional enrichment.Results: 1.A total of 230 papers in CNKI were searched,63 in Pubmed,and 77 in WOS.Based on Priced formula,CNKI had a total of 39 authors,Pubmed had 22,and WOS had 26 authors were identified as high-frequency authors.High-frequency word statistical analysis showed that CNKI had 601 keywords,30 in frequencies≥6;Pubmed had 85 keywords,25 in frequencies≥2;WOS had 247 keywords,23 in frequency≥2.High-frequency word clustering analysis showed,high-frequency words in CNKI were divided into4 large cluster branches,in Pubmed were divided into 3 large cluster branches,and in WOS were divided into 5 large cluster branches.2.After detecting,a total of 26 micro RNAs were expressed differences significantly,18 of which were up-regulated and 8 were down-regulated.A total of 100 target genes were enriched in 19 biological processes,11 cellular components,and 10 molecular functions.A total of 3 pathways including axon-directed pathways,cancer transcriptional misregulation pathways,and micro RNA pathways in cancer were enriched.Conclusions: 1.In the past decades,there was fluctuation in whole issue volume of this field,but this situation has been basically stable in recent years,specially,foreign publications has increased.2.The research hotspots and emphases were partcially different between domestic and foreign.3.Improving innovation and combining the differences between domestic and international researches will possiblely promote the development of this field.4.The 26 differential expression micro RNAs and their target mRNAs might be involved to proliferation and differentiation of BMSCs and improvement of cardiac function.5.The biological functions of those genes were involved to transcription,translation and modification of micro RNA,and potential cellular communication functions.Function pathways were related to axon guidance pathways and transcriptional misregulation in cancer pathways. |
